Superman roll, unagi roll, udon. All were delicious and the waitress was super friendly and helpful. Also got the bay roll but forgot I don’t like warm sushi, so my bad. Great overall experience.
A hidden gem in Saratoga. This place is very deceiving from the outside.We came for lunch and ordered : halibut nigiri, salmon nigiri, octopus sashimi and the Superman roll. Everything was so good and the service was quick. The fish was fresh and not covered in sauces. The staff were super nice as well. It’s been hard to find decent sushi places but I am glad to add this one to my list.
The staff was very welcoming. The atmosphere is calming. The sashimi was thick pieces of fish and sushi rolls were chunky and fresh and no weird smell from the fish.Will come back again
My recent expired with Suro Sushi Bar & Grill was amazing!!! And I have to say - I haven’t regretted it a bit going there!!!From the moment of our entrance everything were perfect:- we were welcoming and shepherded to our sits,- waitress was quick and offered us drinks, till we’ve been choosing our meals;- drinks were served really quick, same as salad and miso soup;- our choice were Santa Cruz roll and Chef choice “Sushi, Sashimi & Rolls” - which were made and bring to us in no time;- the food wasn’t just esthetically pleasant, but fresh and delicious!- everyone were very tentative and helpful, that’s that kind of place where you want to come backBy the way, no problem with parking - very specious lot.I usually also like to describe and minuses of the places, but so far I haven’t found any in Suro Sushi Bar & Grill - well done, you are great!#SuroSushiBar#SushiBayArea
Sushi was really good ? I had salmon belly and yellowtail special roll. I really like that they offer a few special rolls with only one kind of fish.
Hearty family restaurant with generous portion and quality fish.Had a couple of rolls that were well presented, and tasted fresh fish. Restaurant served me a complimentary miso soup that was quote enjoyable.Reasonable wait, great service overall.Net net, worthing stopping by for sushi night if you're around the corner!

If I could choose 0 star, I would do that. The service is consistently terrible! Don't go there, especially if you order online.The waitress in the front desk is not responsible and doesn't care about my order at all. I arrived the store for pickup when my order was ready. I saw one order packed on the deck, and asked the waitress if that's my order. She didn't care, and just told me she need more time. Need more time for what?? She didn't even ask what my order was. There was no customer inside the store, and I'm the first in the line in the front deck. I don't understand why she 'need more time', instead of spending 5 seconds to check my order. She just passed me, and started serve others in the line. I waited longer until she completed serving the other customer after me, and then asked her again. She replied the same: 'need more time', and turned to serve others in the line. I'm totally confused !!! Are you open for business ?? Why do you accept online order if you don't want to provide the service ??Eventually I got a chance to ask her again if the pack on the deck was my order. She took a look, and passed the pack to me w/o saying anything. Then she turned to her computer to work on something. I was consistently ignored over the whole period. I checked the pack my self, and confirmed it was my order, which was already there for the past 20 minutes. It was really a waste of my time if she could just quickly checked it when I first asked her. I don't understand the job function of the waitress.I had similar experience in the past in this restaurant when I ordered online. I thought it was one time thing because they were busy, but obviously not the case !!Consistently terrible service!! Will never go again !!
Excellent food at a great price. I regularly visit this place once a week (or more) for takeout. Don't know much about the service other than the small interaction I have had at the front. Good variety of sushi choices.
