Staffs are friendly, bathroom is disgusting and needs cleaning!!!! Always out of toilet paper, never cleaned!Now the straws are behind a glass due to covid, but whenever the staff served the drinks, they don’t even give you a straw you have to ASK for it…Quality of drinks are not so good like before… maybe it’s rushed..? I don’t know.
Very rude manager & employees. Also made someone’s drink who came in later than i did! ( she was a walk in who came in after me ?) horrible attitude with these employees completely unwelcoming atmosphere. Changes need to be made to staff or else business here will flop
The staff is very friendly and they make the best drinks and are always consistent.
Their blueberry muffins are unimaginable. Its the right fluffiness and right amount of sugar.
Manager was completely terrible. Arguing with customers. Trash behavior. Completely unknowledgeable. FYI NO federal law exists about masks Ms manager lady who wanted to pick a fight. Also. There is no California law on masks. Here is the rule on mask wearing in the state of California as of 9 hours ago. Like I stated in the store today. I’m vaccinated. Get your life together and don’t argue with customers when you are clearly wrong and uneducated. Coffee was good though. Run… how can you mess up tea? How does it take Starbucks literally 12 minutes to make tea and the wrong tea at that. No one in line before me, two baristas working and two other employees and none could seem to get it right!Get the little boy off the register he’s not ready… by the time I left the line was out the door due to his incompetence.
This curbside is a joke. Don’t recommend.
First thing in the morning you would like a good breakfast so that’s why I decided to come to Starbucks and I did curbside pick up and their face when they brought it out was horrible like if it was my fault that they were stuck at a place they didn’t want to be they did not even greet me when I said thank you they were already walking away don’t come here
I went for my birthday got my free drink for my birthday the staff was very friendly told me happy birthday to enjoy the rest of my day they really made my day.
