Definitely satisfied with the Starbucks at this location. The staff were very friendly and the quality is pretty consistent with all the other Starbucks. I gave this place a five star rating because of the customer service I received from the staff here. The female barista, who I wish I had remembered her name was very friendly and explain to me about the free refill of the iced tea. I used to hang around at Starbucks to do my homework when I was in school and it appears that he even after the pandemic they still offer the free refills while you are in the facility… Within the building.Service: A + +Quality: A + +Price colon consistent with all the other Starbucks
Wow. Put a big freaking sign out that the lobby is closed. How rude to make a tiny sign on door so I have to painfully walk to door to find out I have to drive elsewhere to use bathroom. Wow. I will never come to this Starbucks again. As Uber driver I need reliable Pitstops.

They should give a notification in the app that the building is closed …. I did a online order … still had to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru line… so what is the point of doing an order ahead of time
If you come to this location and the drive thrue is busy, and you're thinking of going inside instead, PLEASE PLEASE do NOT!!!! I dont know why but this starbucks makes drive thrue orders a priority and anything inside moves at snail pace. I got here at 12.25 and barely got my drinks at 12.58 ?There was a family already there when I arrived and they still haven't received their order, they just asked about their drinks and turns out they didn't even get asked for their names, so God knows where those drinks are. ??Oh but don't worry the drive thrue lane is now cleared!
I love the way they make the chai tea latte, other starbucks make is taste too diluted with water.
Always love going to Starbucks. At this one you get to watch the planes come and go from SJC. Their grilled cheese sandwiches are great!
This Starbucks is mostly drive thru customers in the early morning hours. These baristas have to be the friendliest of the Starbucks I frequent.
Love coming here. Usually quick service. They always offer me a pupaccino for my pup when I pull up at the drive through window :)
