I go to this Starbucks as this one is the closest to my place. The drive thru has long queue most of the time. The reason for my one star is the taste of the coffee. I always order tall blonde latte in any Starbucks I go. I have tasted the worst one here like every time. Today, I ordered plain bagel and I didn’t get any knife to spread the cream cheese over the bagel. It’s just disappointing.

Food was great, server was nice and suggested foods.

I'll share the experience as brief but comprehensive as possible. Drive thru peak hours are mornings as well as late night (drive-thru open until 11pm). Drive-thru gets congested so not a good idea if you're on a time crunch. Please consider ordering online for quicker pickup. Drive through attendants are very friendly/courteous and will confirm your order a couple times despite the looong lines (line snakes in front of the nearby Jamba & GNC). Most of the inside seating is taken at any hour, definitely one of the busiest SB in town. The baristas are very quick and attentive, and if you have patience of your own you'll understand how efficient they are while dozens of clients are submitting orders each hour. Expect good service at the cost of a longer wait time. Food/pastry items are as stocked as possible & cups/mugs are sold out quickly here. Overall fast service considering the amount of traffic in this store.

Makes me drive for nothing, this is the 5th time I come and it’s close , Should up date the time because it says it closes at 10pm inside and drive-through at 11pm but it’s always close before 8pm?

The SLOWEST drive through I’ve ever been through. To top it off, they didn’t even have the ONE thing I wanted. The Christmas brewed coffee. Literally 3 days before Christmas?!? The only star bucks that week I went to that didn’t have it brewed at 10:30 in the morning. They only had pike place and didn’t even offer to brew any of the Christmas blend. Low caliber Starbucks. Sucks to be stuck in a drive through for literally 20 minutes with a screaming baby isn’t he back and you can’t get the one thing you wanted.

The baristas are great and have super human levels of patience. This location gets super busy and the drive through get backed up because Karen’s order a boat load of very complicated drinks and then sends half of them to be remade for some little cosmetic flaw.

I ordered a coffee last week then ordered a frozen green match on a separate order. Boyfriend went to pick them up and only got a coffee. Starbucks crew member said they never got order for matches. Boyfriend walked one mile home to get my phone in the rain and walked one mile back to show them receipt. The rude crew member still refused to make it even with proof of receipt on my starbucks account. So I lost $13 since it was a custom drink.

Rude customer service everytime. This is my 3rd bad review on this Starbucks. I would say more but they’re not worth it. Unless you’re ready to get treated like trash, don’t come here

Drink quality has fallen off the shark, wonderful job on losing customers.
