Did not prepare items well. Also, even without asking they made up something else when ordered drink item was not available. However, staff was good. They helped to make up a new drink as per my choice.

Their drinks are somewhat consistent. But recently we had an pretty bad experience, when we were waiting in line before closing. We were waiting for at least 10 minutes and when we got to the speaker to order, we were told they were closed. When we replied back, we were ignored. That being said, I'm glad their service had been decent since.

So far the medicine ball drink taste good. Wait a while because it's hella hot!

Super rude and unfriendly service! I called and they said they are open( made sure I was calling right location) they said come on down we are open until 10pm drive thru, I get there and they are super rude tell me they are closed and cleaning up, Jessey was very rude about the situation, would not recommend this location, blossom hill is much nicer and actually are open when they say they are.

Good location right on Capitol Expressway. Newer updated store. Good drive through.

Got my order wrong & staff was rude had me waiting 15 min for a order..

Very unprofessional. They always messing up my orders, every time I order.Rather go to cherry and foxworthy. Cheerable staff!

I frequent this Starbucks quite frequently and routinely receive good, if not great service. 12/13/2021 I received neither. I rushed over to make it on time, Google shows the store is open until 10:30 PM. I get in the parking lot at 9:59 PM. As I pull up to the window, I hear a chuckle over the intercom followed by, “I’m sorry, it’s past 10. So sorry” in a very sarcastic tone. I understand retail places like this give minimal, usually 30 min for their staff to clean and close but the unprofessional attitude was uncalled for. There was no attempt to offer me anything they made on hand (all I wanted was black drip coffee), no regard for the fact that they had just served the car in front of me. Nothing. Didn’t care one bit. Funny thing is, I would have tipped the workers really well for taking me last minute order. Nonetheless, some training from management on professionalism would be nice.
