Service and drinks are good but then both restrooms are not well maintained, no paper towels on either one and it was 6:30 AM on a Sunday morning with just 3 customers.
I usually come here around lunch to grab a coffee on my lunch walk.I walked to this starbucks yesterday around 12:30pm (Monday April 25th 2022) and it was closed with a sign at the door that are trying to reopen soon.Today (Tuesday April 26th at 11:25am) I was trying to place a mobile order to see if they have opened again but it's saying that this location does not take any mobile orders. I tried calling and someone picked up and hung up right away....The starbucks app says this location is supposed to be open right now but it's closed.
Why do they put the mobile orders out on a table —it’s a complete free for all! I went this morning and dozens of cups on a table and people standing in line to get their own. Not very sanitary—- how many people touched my cup looking for theirs when I picked up I’ll never know. For a $5 cup of coffee??!! I won’t be back to this location.
I love there coffee so much. there fast workers and were nice.
It's a nice Starbucks. The employees were very friendly, very friendly, very attentive, and ask the right questions. And answered the questions when one of the other employees asked us a question and the person who took the order answered because I remembered. My only complaint was it's cleanliness there are wrappers and stuff around I get that they are busy but no 1 came out and clean the tables or the little counters so they're straw wrappers and stuff lying about otherwise it was a very good experience
Way better than Burger King.Used it as a pass through to get to Mod Pizza and there was zero traffic.
I do not know why. However it seems that Starbucks love hating on homeless people using their space legitimately. Got told that Starbucks is not meant for bums and after buying a bagel was told they didn't have butter. Yet, when a friend went in(non-homeless), they had it.
I normally order through app here. Today this store is not taking mobile.orders so I asked about it. The cashier was very sassy and told me.no reason.why. While I was waiting there for the customer in front of me, she never told me the line starts on the other side nor was there any signage. Yet when another customer showed up after me, she proceed to tell me wait after that customer. Is that because other person is white and I am Asian? Is it because I asked her a question? I have been to hundreds of Starbucks throughout this country and never did I feel so upset about the service. I gave 2 stars because of all the other awesome workers at this store...
One of the Starbucks with curbside pickup. Food is brought to your car quickly and efficiently. Staff is always friendly.
Nice place. Friendly employees. Wanted to sit outside but the two smelly homeless people were hogging the tables.
