Overall great coffee/service here, only reason not giving 5 stars is because of the long wait in the drive-thru.
Kinda outrageous waiting for a drink for about 35 minutes in the drive through. Understand that there might be some issues but 35 minutes? 1 star
I wish I can give 1 star honestly. The worst Starbucks you can ever go too, one they mess up the order every time and two they take about 45 minutes to make an online order when there clearly not busy. All they do is sit around and laugh and talk instead of making orders. I’ve had many many complaints and this Starbucks never does anything about it. The worst Starbucks ever!!!!
First time in over a year we were seated inside having coffee today April 16, 2021! Amazing how such a mundane action of sitting indoors having coffee is now a milestone event!
i am a supervisor at this location and i wanted to give my partners a shoutout. they have worked so hard through this pandemic with constant changes, uncertainty, new partners going in and out, power through being understaffed and regularly having to fix our equipment due to how high volume our store is. 27325, you are KILLING IT!!! thank you for your hard work?
Typical Starbucks, my drinks sat there for a while, didn't hear my name due to the big group of people piled at the pick up station. The seating was nice and the gal at the register was pleasant. Good green tea lemonade.
We were waiting for more than 30 min at the drive-through only two cars in front of us and we were waiting for them to get our order. The cars ahead would not move..when we were there 20 min before they closed..bad service
This Place is My Main go to when out with My Friend Diane. Usually We just Stop get our Coffee and a time to Chat before taking Her Home. Today it was My Daughter and I for Morning Wake Up . We also Favor Our Foxworthy Team for Morning Coffee Both Great and Convenient.
The tall guys can you be more nice for customer and Dasher and do your job stop talking together
