Really cute and cozy coffee place in the shopping area close to trader joes.Came here on a Friday and it seemed busy with people working or studying but not too crowded.The baristas were very friendly and the vibe of the coffee shop was nice and cozy. I got a matcha latte which tasted great!
Found a neat cozy coffee shop today! A really confirmable and welcome atmosphere. They have tables and high bar type seating. Staff were very friendly and service was fast.The coffee was great! At the time it seems like they had mostly Sight Glass beans. Flavor was on point and latte art was solid. If you're looking for real coffee, just come here.
Oh, thank God. We just moved to South San Jose from San Francisco via Palo Alto and in both places, there were lots of walkable coffee places. South San Jose seems to be void of good independent coffee houses, so i was thrilled to stumble up Spectra.It has all that one could need: local vibe, modern feel, strong wifi, good eats, and decent seating. Each and every time I have been there, the staff have been helpful and fast.I wish it would stay open just a tad later, but one cannot have everything :-) Great place and I'm glad to be a new regular.
Great coffee and pandan waffles
The coffee was very good and it had a good vibe. It was very busy inside, but I was able to take my ceramic mug outside to the patio.
A strip mall gem. Spectra Coffee is an oasis of good eats and great drinks in a bustling parking lot crammed with big box stores. Americanos, lattes and other classic beverages are very reasonably priced, and there are a number specialty drinks for those who like their coffees well dressed up.There’s a charming and somehow soothing patio on the side of the building, with cozy two-top tables that make for a great place to talk about whether or not you really DO need to get that giant box of Cheez-Its from Costco.Ambiance, quality, cost - a perfect blend.
I wish I came to this place sooner!I got an iced matcha latte with oat milk.The matcha flavor is strong with perfect amount of bitterness, and not too sweet. I came here today for a Lavender latte before running my weekend errands. The interior is cute and clean. It was especially busy on a Sunday morning where all the tables inside were occupied but that didn’t deter me from placing an order. But since staff was so rushed, I felt my Lavender latte came out subpar. There was no hint of Lavendar whatsoever in my drink and worst of all, my drink tasted sour. Sourness comes from bad brewing and since they rushed my drink, I believe the extraction time was too short.I will have to give them another try on a non weekend for redemption.Overall I cannot say I’d employees were friendly or not since they were all very focused on doing orders and making drinks and food items.
Lovely coffee shop in a mall like area. Coffees were really good. Tried the salted caramel and banana cream. Prices are reasonable too and place is open with good seating. Staff was friendly.
