I went based on reviews and ratings on Google, but I wish I hadn't. Both service, cleanliness and food quality are very bad. Didn't get a passing score from me.
Before moving away 6 years ago, this was one of my favorite places.Today, my partner and I went back and were looking forward to a good meal. I had a gyro salad and she had a horiatiki salad. Not only was this the worst meal we've ever had at this restaurant, it was one of the most disappointing meals I've had in a long time.My salad had little to no dressing/flavor, which might have been exacerbated by the fact that the lettuce wasn't dried at all; it was dripping and bland. There was also a lack of other ingredients: it had 3 olives, 2 or 3 pieces of tomato, and barely any feta. Her salad had a grand total of 2 olives and I believe was the small size instead of the full size.The cashier was friendly, but gave me some sort of sweet tomato sauce when I asked for hot sauce. Not really that big of a deal, but she should have told me she wasn't sure what it was before letting me put it on my food.I know the owner to be very friendly, but if this is how the business is run when she's not present then she needs to address it.
Pretty tasty. Like everything, more expensive than the already high prices they had, but expected so that's fine. Ate inside which was nice. Nice staff. Expensive to be in business in commiefornia.
Souvlaki is the most bestest restaurant in the world. I’ve been to Germany I’ve been to Azerbaijan I’ve been to Iran I’ve been to Jackson Mississippi and they don’t get no better than this.
My absolute favorite place to go when I'm craving gyros and souvlaki skewers. The salad is always fresh and the chicken is perfectly seasoned. The menu has a large selection of items. Everything I've tried was delicious. Consistently a five star experience.
Absolutely great food. We ordered a bunch of items from their menu and each and every one of them was so delicious we considered getting a second portion.
Delivery - Cold dry unseasoned chicken skewers , soggy chips waste of money , fed it to the dog as they eat anything lol
Been going here for over 12 years and won't stop. Their chicken gyro salad is the best I've had, their pitas are fresh and delicious, and the staff is the friendliest around. Prices are very reasonable for the portions you receive, and I've never had a bad meal. Maria, you are missed dearly but your family and close friends are keeping your restaurant alive and thriving!
Excellent gyros. Awesome French fries: crispy, freshly made, with a hint of oregano. We'll be returning in the future.
Great service, excellent food. Had a great lunch there today, and will be back soon. Prices are very reasonable.
