My family and I came to the southern side of Cali on vacation and saw this place show up on Google a few times, so we decided to drop by. We were met with a warm welcome, a relaxed and fun atmosphere, and some of the best BBQ and beer selections we'd ever had! It was so good, we squeezed in a second trip near the end of our vacation just to taste it all one more time. I couldn't recommend this place enough!
Great bbq place, been here twice. Both times I got pork bbq and it was tender and flavorful. Great local beer list at the right price. Nice ambiance and cool staff, cooks that take a lot of pride in the food!

The food is good and tasty! Unfortunately it was really cold, we were the last costumers at this day!Service is ok! I can’t say its good or bad, they are just ok!It's the system where you pay and then receive the food, at the end of the payment you have the tip offer, but why tip if I have to pick up my order at the counter?As i said, we’re the last costumers and the lady yield my name from the counter, so i think, i gave the tip only for them took up my order?Never come back, unfortunately, cause the food was good, i think it’s really good when its warm or fresh!
Scheduled my order online, food was ready right on time. Definitely the way to go since it was busy when I arrived. The brisket ran out the last time I was here, and it's pretty easy to see why. Definitely better than the pork ribs I had before.

First of all they were good before today. But the new smokers they have bring out the new flavor which is so awesome. Definitely going to come back again and again. And then if you just wanna come for a quick little buzz. They have a great beer menu. I wish they would’ve had some burgers and fries so I can bring my wife and my kid.

This is a good spot for bbq. I tried 5 of the meats (brisket, ribs, pulled pork, sausage). A guy gave me a piece of tri-tip when I mentioned I hadn't tried it before. All of the meat was tender and juicy. The smoke was light but there. They use white oak. The stars, for me, were the ribs and brisket (fatty).I also ordered baked beans, mac & cheese, and a piece of cornbread. Like a lot of places, the sides are not as important and the normal portions are small. The mac and beans were ok. The cornbread was a pleasant surprise. It was on the sweeter side but went well with the meat.They offered three sauces. The first sauce was a good sweet, but not thick, bbq sauce. The spicier sauce did provide a little kick and was tasty as well. There was also a Carolina type of vinegar sauce. Also on the sweeter side, with the vinegar and a little spice. Went well with the pork.Winchester also had a selection of 10 beers on tap and beer fridge with a good selection for some take out.The atmosphere was cool. Everybody, diners and staff, were cool. Definitely would go back.
