I love this place, I've been coming here since the mid 80's, I think they closed for a little bit and I'm so glad that they open back up the food is still great and the service is great I recommend this place to everyone I had the fried rice and chow mein great portions and like I said the food is excellent I'm so glad that they reopened I was telling my mom about their reopening so we are going to be going there next week for lunch this is the spot you guys!!!
I have been eating at this place since before it was known as soong soong. I have always enjoyed the food and the people. I even known the owners by name. I have introduced most of my relatives to this place and they have also made this place the Chinese food place to go.
Food is super delicious and the price is even more so. The lunch specials are mostly under $12 per one, and you get a big chunk of rice (or fried rice) + a whole plate of dish for your own. I never had any luncheon with such a reasonable price tag. I attached our receipts for proof, and we actually packed mostly of them for dinner. The only downside is that it often gets busy and the staff is a bit under number… other than that, I’d highly recommend this place!!

Pretty OK food and service. It's been years since ice been there and no improvrnent. The sizzling rice soup was good but the salt and pepper prawns weren't crispy enough to eat the skin. The service wasn't good either. ? maybe we go back but no rush.
Perfect Chinese food to pair with wine. I've been looking for that authentic Chinese and I've found it. Prices are appropriate for the portion size given. Highly recommend the eggplant.

This is one of the best, hole-in-the-wall Chinese place. Everything is tasty and flavorful, especially BL6 Lamb with Cumin, C2 Chong Qing Spicy Chicken and SE3 Fish Fillet with Chopped Chili Peppers. You will encounter flavors that you never knew existed, and will be back for more!
Excellent food and great service. Highly recommend the cumin lamb ribs, they're amazing. The Chinese burger and jianbing were good too.
The food here is good and the service was fine. It was the 2 inch winged cockroach followed by 2 more roaches walking near our feet as we dined in broad daylight that put a huge damper on the experience.The waiter apologized several times and took care of the 3 roaches and then put a chair leg in front of the hole in the wall where the cockroaches were coming in to try to block any others.
