Removing 2 stars because they don't serve 2 different flavour scoops in one cup which is simply bizarre and they have no justification for it.On the other hand the chocolate ganache was silky smooth, loved the flavour and every bit of it
They make the ice cream on the spot.The vanilla was my least favorite compared to other flavors. Note that if you order different flavors you'll probably won't get your order together but one ice cream at the time.
Yummy yummy icecream! Pretty quick service regardless of the long lines. It’s a crowd favorite and it’s always lovely to get icecream and walk around the block. We tried the Brookies & cream and the strawberry with chocolate sauce. Both lovely!
It’s my second time here, and I like the chocolate flavor so bad!! This ice cream shop is always popular, so you have to wait on the weekends.
While shopping at Santana Row, we ordered customized ice cream sundaes at Smittens. The ice cream is made fresh and you choose your toppings. Plenty of tables and places to sit nearby. A tad pricey but overall, very good. Make sure to get whipped cream as a topping. It’s the best!

Good ice cream. I got the honey honey flavor with black sugar(? I don't really remember what it was called) drizzle on top with a cone. I wish they allowed mixing flavors because I want to try multiple at once!
It was great coming here after dinner for dessert. It's fun watching them make/prep the ice cream on the spot with liquid nitrogen. They have good flavors that aren't as overly sweet as some typical American brands.
Love coming here for creamy and smooth ice cream, as well as their daily flavors. Vanilla with chocolate sauce is perfection.
Aside from the ice cream being phenomenal, the customer service is exceptional. The staff is so wonderful and truly make the whole experience fun and delightful.
