Used to come here a lot back in the day as their burgers are really good, however their service is avg at best. Many a times the soda machine is out of ice or closed down early so the staff can leave soon. Also in my last 3 visits the cashier has straight up told me the wait is going to be 25-30mins, hoping I just leave and they don’t get another order, this while they have just 2-3 customers in the entire restaurant. I have seen this happen with many folks here and it’s very disappointing.
Love their bbq, bacon, cheddar smashburger with haystack onions. Service is quick. Also love their smashfries. The rosemary is just strong enough to make it tasty but not overpowering
They no longer have smash sauce. The fries are still pretty good.
They completely ignored us when we went in to order, asking if it's alright to order when it was around 1030 and they close at 11. They actually just ignored us and didn't even respond. The place is terrible and the customer service is non existent. Unless they hire three deaf people to work there, I don't believe they didn't hear us. Terrible. It would have been fine if they just said they're closed or can't but ignoring us? Who does that?
The food is ok here. I don't understand their portion size. If you order a large fry it will be some random size. Been here on lunch break a number of times and the size of fry delivered is independent of sized order. It is offensive if the person next to you ordered a small fry and you ordered a large fry and their fry is much larger. This seems to be at all locations. Burger size seems on par with In-N-Out Burger which can be good since we don't always need some monster burger weighing us down after lunch, however the prices are higher. It's fine for a work lunch where the company is paying, but I would skip it otherwise.
Love the burger. However, most Friday nights and weekends, the place is packed and you most likely will have to wait 30 minutes on average for your order
Really enjoyed this burger. Had the double cheeseburger and it was really good, but I definitely was expecting more crispy surface on the patties that the smash burger is famous for. Don't think mine was cooked at a high enough temp on the griddle or they rushed it. But it still tasted good and was hot as heck almost the entire time eating it! Fries were good as well and service was quick and friendly. More Maillard reaction on the patty and this is a 5 star for sure.
Great double bacon ? cheese ? burger ? ?!! The bun and fries ? ? were also very good ?. I would go back. Better than In and Out lol ?

I dont ever think I have had a hamburger that stayed hot all the way. Through eating it... smash burger rates in my top five outstanding hamburgers. Its the bomb if I ever come back this way for another concert im eating here
