I wish I could give 0 stars but I need 1 just to add a review. I lost my wallet today and asked the team member if they had seen any wallet nearby where I sat. They were quick to say no and didn't even bother to check. I had asked them to check and they were so quick to respond with no again and didn't even seem to care. I asked if I can see camera footage and requested their 3rd party camera company's information to view footage just to see if I had last left it there. Yet again, was quick to say no but I overheard the associate after asking the manager "are we allowed to give camera footage?" Which was stupid of her to say no without being positive with her answer. I know the reason for cameras to be set up is for loss prevention and it looks useless to even have their camera systems around if their not going to use it for the right purposes. I had asked for the managers name which was John, also asking for a last name and the associate just answered "I don't know that". They didn't even ask to leave my information just incase someone turns it in which truly shows their true colors of how much they care. Really rude service for ones in vulnerable situations.Won't come back and poor portions as well!

I usually come here before the dinner rush, and I’ve generally had the same experience each time. I’m not sure if someone is supposed to check you in because I usually just seat myself, but the last time we did that, we were told we were supposed to check in even though there was no one to greet us.The restaurant stays generally clean because there are antibacterial wipes at every table. Sometimes it takes a while for tables to be cleaned; I feel like they are often understaffed. The touchscreen ordering system is quite convenient though, especially to ask a server for water or something.My go-to order is either the beef udon, or if I want to be more full, the beef rice. I normally finish my udon, but I take the rice one home. It’s one of those foods where you feel like you can easily make it at home, but you pay for the experience of the sizzling plate in front of your face. Cook fast because the sizzle dies down and it’s hard to cook your meat.As usual, you can put in toppings like hot pepper powder, teriyaki, soy sauce, and other flavorings to your liking since they are set at each table.By the way, check in for a free egg!
Great sizzling hot food on a very hot skillet for dining in, NOT for takeout/delivery. Food tastes great and good portions when dining in. However for takeout or delivery, there are often significant delays 15+ min after the scheduled time, even more on the weekends. Best to go in person to enjoy the most
If you’re gluten free, ask for no sauce. Even the garlic butter has gluten in it, which shocked me. The food is still good without any sauce, but I chose veggies instead of rice. Noodles are not gluten free ofc

Japanese style hot iron plate dishes, which tastes good. The food was served on hot iron plate the meat is being cooked right in front of you, I visited during covid outdoor dining, the parking lot wasn’t the best ideal place for dining, they should also can dine in by now.
This place is so cute and the staff is so nice. We made last minute reservations for 2 tables of ten five hours before and they were able to accommodate us. It's a smaller restaurant but they really made an effort to let us fit everybody while still adhering to covid protocol. I highly recommend this place if you're in ktown - the tapas style dishes make it perfect for pregaming for a night out. Enjoy!
