The pan fried dumplings were good but not the best I've had. There wasn't enough soup in them but the exterior was nice and crispy. The beef pancake was good but I enjoyed the bed hot pot with mala. Overall the good is decent and they do charge a premium compared to others establishments I have been to. A solid 3.5 but they haven't really earned a 4 star in my books.

We like the steamed soup dumplings (小籠包) and soup pan fried buns (生煎包) here before they were closed. Now after they reopen, they added these hot stone pot which is pretty interesting. They preheat some pebbles and put them at the bottom of the pot and then a filter on top of the pebbles to prevent the food from sinking into the gaps of the pebbles. Then they pour soup, noodle, meat and veggie into the pot in front of you. The preheated pebbles keep the whole pot hot for a long time. If they'd made the soup not as salty it'd be perfect.

Dried mixed noodles was amazing and super flavorful. The hot stone dish was not great. Flavour was simply spicy and the beef was overcooked by the hot stone..Went back again and tried a few more stuff. Buns, potstickers, fried rice... Everything was so good

Custom noodle bowls galore! Love the mala broth - not too spicy but seasoned just right! Add the ingredients you want and make your favorite combo :)

The food is so good! The decorations in the restaurant are very nice too! I especially love the fried pork bun and the spicy beef noodle soup!

Very good service and tasty food! We got the clear broth stone pot beef noodle soup with original broth. The interesting thing about the broth is the original is mom spicy but still retains the numbing aspect of numbing spice. So like mala without the la. This gave the soup a deeper flavor I enjoyed, it's like after you get the original burst of flavor, you get another burst of flavor after the numbing feeling. We also ordered the soup pan fried buns, pork xlb, and beef wrap. I liked the soup pan fried buns the most out of the three but the xlb were good too. Beef wrap was not bad but a bit too sweet for my taste. Our server was very nice and even recommended we order just one stone pot noodle soup since he felt it would be too much food and he was correct.

This place is soooo GOOD. We ordered two rice noodles and steamed dishes. Everything is so amazingly delicious! Will definitely come back. The owner is also super friendly. Highly recommend it!

Interesting interior decorations. Went there on weekday lunch. Very few customers in there. We had the house noodle and 生煎包. Tasted too salty in my opinion. Probably will not return. Worth a try though.

The pan fried soup dumplings were the best I’ve ever had, with mouth watering flavors and textures! Highly recommend the string beans as well: they were perfectly spiced and seasoned.

We used to go to the one in Newark and always liked their dumplings. I guess we came here with a little too high expectations and were disappointedWe ordered two pot noodles/rice and an "appetizer" wood ear fungus. While the appetizer is more like a dish in both portion and size perspective (10 bucks a plate), I didn't see the sense since most of the tables have two people. The wood ear fungus is also not my liking of taste, too much vinegar and no garlic. Ingredients in the pot noodles are just way to salty, it's impossible to eat the meat or tofu alone.Bottom line, if we do come back we will stick to the dumplings which they do best in my opinion
