I love the flavor of the food this place makes. I've been a patron for over 20yrs! I mainly order 2 items every time; chicken wrap and in my opinion their signature dish chicken tikka masala with plain nan. How to eat the tikka masala: you add raw white onions (which they provide but self serve) and go at it with a fresh nan. Their taste is a blend of Indian and Pakistan. I'm salivating as I write this review and will be getting it very soon.
The only good part of our meal was the mango lassi. Everything else was not so great. The man who took our order and brought us our food was extremely rude and had a real attitude problem. The curries were watered down and the naan was dry and burnt. In my honest opinion, you should go somewhere else if you’re looking for Indian or Pakistani cuisine. It’s not worth spending money here for mediocre food and poor customer service.
I was here a week ago and returned again this week because of the food and taste. The reason I rate this 3 star is because of the person taking order. I was okay when they missed my order of Fish karahi and brought me fish tandoori instead. But next time I was here, they missed an item even though we told the guy several times and had us waiting forever. Later on when we asked, the guy who took the order had an attitude as we didn’t order in first place and was having a sarcastic attitude. As if though we were having our lunch free. Help yourself to double confirm the order before you go back to your seat.
Original review 2017-05-01Clean and nice place, serving free chai. Ordered veggie biryani and lamb curry. Biryani was OK; curry had too many bones, meat/bones and sauce tasted as two separate ingredients.Upgraded on 202-05-19 to 5 starsMy order on the picture - naan + chicken karahi + chai
Loved the achaari paneer and chicken kebab
If you are looking to find authentic flavors of Indian and Pakistani cuisines, this place has nothing to offer. You’ll be served a messy cocktail of watered down (literally) fusion food that relies heavily on tomato sauce. It’s hard to discern what you’re eating when engulfed with all the sourness. Order from here if you’d like to ruin your day.
Wraps and Tandoori and Kababs are very good. Biryani is a bit different than Indian style one. Not many will like it. curries are decent too.
The chicken seekh kabab and tandoori chicken were good. Kofta curry was just ok. Garlic naan should have been softer. Onion naan was better! Veggie roll and chicken boti roll were great. Also, we loved the Jeera lassi and green chutney!
This used to be by go to place for Chicken seekh kabab wraps. I used to order this for my events and order like in bulk from 25 to 50 wraps at a time. Last time i was there which was like two weeks ago at lunch time, i ordered 8 chk seekh kabab wraps again. This time size of the kabab was thin and meat was tough. Well it seems like quality and taste is not the same so won't be ordering again from this place. I will give one more shot as i pass thru this area lot of times, if it is not the same, it will be last time. Thanks and hope owner sees it and fix this :)
Horrible Biryani and Non veg curries. Not even 1% Authentic.Biryani fans, better avoid this place.
