Great place and amazing quantity.Being a vegetarian there was very few options but still loved it
We ordered 2 vegan plates and the order nearly came only with half the items mentioned in their online menu for this item. Calling back and reporting this problem didn’t help either . The order was missing pita bread , cauliflower eggplant and garbonza beans . Totally disappointed with the order
I usually love this place! I was craving it tonight and I went in with my friend and my bow was half empty. The tiniest spoon of chicken and I had to keep request more veggies. The older white gentlemen kept throwing the spoon down after serving maybe he was having a bad day. And I payed extra for a protein side and the cup was half empty. Also the new beef recipe is not as good and they didnt give us any soup. Honestly left feeling sad cause I love Sajj but this experience just was not it. :(
I had the pomegranate chicken salad bowl with everything. It was pretty tasty. But very much like your standard dish.
They've got a really good Mediterranean bowl. If you've ordered a rice bowl don't forget to ask for a free lentil soup. It tastes really good.
Decent place for Mediterranean cuisine. I tried it this afternoon and it tasted good. I am planning to visit again in a few days !!
The food here are delicious and love the meat and side Options. I had the rice bowl with steak meat, lots of side dishes and spicy red sause. It was delicious yummy and it’s halal meat.
Good food and quick service. Place is clean and location is good for those living close to san jose downtown. During covid they have maintained and adhered to all protocols. A good place to order take out Mediterranean food.
I have tried chicken and steak shawerma rice bowls so far and they taste delicious. Having tzatziki, tomato and cucumber mix, eggplant, diced beets, sumac cauliflower, turmeric rice, mixed with tahini sauce is a perfect combination of tastes in one plate! I highly recommend their bowls.
Order twice from grubhub but same issue during pickup they didn't get order. Plus grubhub prices are really higher then in store prices.Food was ok but pricey compare to other mediterranean restaurants in area.
