Horrible take out service. I called and placed an order and arrived within the time I was told my order would be ready. When I showed up for my order it was still not ready it took over twice the time I was told. To top it off when I got home almost all of the sauces had spilled at the bottom of the bag. This place is so sloppy for take out not to mention that it is the only option at the moment not sure if it is after a certain time.
Got a chicken burger, pizza and nuggets, it was all to be expected, nothing to stand out but nothing to stand out could also be a good thing in this case cause it could be bad.The service was so so, some stood out with great efforts while others slopped the food down on their way by the table so it kinda canceled itself out. I dont understand tho why we had 3-4 different people rotating around the area, I could see why it created the confusion of double fry refill.
My Daughter Tawnya had a Reward so we came tonight. Nice Time at Red Robin Eastridge on Friday Night. Tonight I had the New Smokehouse Brisket Burger, it was Outstanding So Yummm. My Daughter had Our favorite Southern Charm Totally DELICIOUS. I also enjoyed a side Salad of Lettuce, some chopped Tomato, Croutons, little Shredded Cheddar and two slices of Cucumber with Ranch Dressing and Daughter had endless Fries with Garlic Aolio a Favorite..
This last visit was exceptional. There food has always been amazing. But, their service was usually very slow. It was two of us and we were seated immediately and the food came supper fast this time. The place was still packed as usual. My son got a burger and he devoured it. We also got steakhouse frys, sweet potato fries, and pretzel bites. They were awesome. I asked for no salt on the bites. I have been trying to eat more healthy, so I ordered a southwest chicken salad. It was very good and they put the sauce on the side. I ate half there and the rest at home the next day. I regularly get the whiskey river burger which is great.
Bland ,cold and terrible.the lemonade tastes like dirty sink water with no filter.and when was the last time they cleaned their soda machines?? Probably Never,like I'm never going back ???
Overheard a manager named Melvin telling someone "if there is a problem then please tell another manager and not me" As a customer this does not make me feel comfortable. If I ever have a problem with my To-Go order and want to speak to a manager this makes me feel discouraged to want to talk to someone who's lazy about their job. Terrible manager, hands in pockets and always yawning everytime I go to this location.
1/29 @ 6:30pm significantly improved. Waited at check-in for 10' but they walked us to table after they seated the other 3 customers ahead of us. Service is improved. 2019 Slow, slow and slow
I ordered online through Active menus. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, salad, clucks, fries and drinks. When I arrived home the food was still hot, not soggy. The drinks were not watery. Everything was made well and delicious.
I love this place, but we ordered for curbside pick up. Called 3 times to say we were here, only to be hung up on twice after constantly pressing '4' every time it when back to the calling menu option. Not only that, but it doesn't seem like person knew where the curveside parking is so I don't understand what was the point of it of having it in the first place. So if you're going to eat here, might as well only eat inside or park at the actual curb if you want to curbside pickup, I guess.
I have been to this Red Robin several times in last 5 years. Service is top notch. Food is great as always. Burning love is my fav burger and their drinks are good too. Mai Tai is really good. If you like burgers, definitely try this once.
