The ramen was simple and delicious. There is limited customization, but what they offer they do very well.LOVE the black garlic! The milk tea selection was yummy as well.We came here because it was open late, so we will keep it in our back pocket for future late night dinners!

Family business, friendly and fast service, open until midnight. Very good VEGETARIAN broth, can highly recommended and will definitely be back soon.

This place is so good, their Osaka Roasted Rice Milk Tea is amazing, highly recommend that, best milk tea spot in the area.

Nourishment for soul. Love going there One of the best places to visit assuming that you love ramen.

Not to be one for bad reviews but the places ramen is a little Inconsistent! I've been here a good amount of times to really confirm this, sometimes the noodles are a bit over cooked and the broth doesn't keep to the noodles, some of the appetizers are a bit overcooked as well, but other than that it's my go to for late night dining when I have the craving from ramen ^^ their lychee water is already a great choice if you're not to keen on getting milk tea, which might I add they offer!

Extremely unhappy and probably never coming back! Apparently all of the topping are extra which is deceiving when you use the online menu to call in your order. Online menu shows standard ramen toppings but you dont get those when you order. When I called in I wasnt asked if I wanted any toppings so how am I to know they are all extra! If all toppings are extra, when I call in I should be ASKED what toppings I want to add to my ramen!! What you see is not what you get! For example the Tonkotsu Ramen shows egg, corn, bamboo, green onion and pork cubes. All I got was green onion and the pork. When I asked about it after I picked up my order I was told "oh yea, all that is extra." Don't waste your time... go to Jinya Ramen Bar instead!

Even as the prior review wrote. The Ramen restaurant at Oakridge (Jinya) is better. This place is just the definition of "poor quality, at the verge of mediocrity". The only advantage of this place is that they are open late night. So the best comparison I can think for this shop is a Pho-like-restaurant atmosphere. You know what I mean? You can eat it when you've had a bit to drink, but not, if sober. Their Miso broth flavor is the defenition of very generic tasting!! Their Ramen tasted like the Ramen at Valley Fair Food court.

The ramen is decent but they have crossed out some items on the menu. Hand pulled noodles, spinach noodles, and kakuni are no longer options.Although the ramen broth flavor is fine, we were disappointed that they didn’t offer chicken karage. We got the popcorn chicken, fried oysters and fried tofu. We would not get appetizers again. The batter was not great, the popcorn chicken pieces were teeny and the pepper powder was so powdery, it doesn’t stick to your food. It’s like snorting dry chili powder as you are eating it. It goes down the wrong pipe. Then when we tried to eat ramen under their tents, we had a hard time drinking soup broth with the teeny cheap plastic spoons. It wasn’t even standard size plastic spoons. Would be nice if they gave plastic ladle spoons. All in all, it was not a good dining experience. As much as we like to support neighborhood restaurants, it was a fail.Even the ramen place at oak ridge mall is better... and that place is just okay.

I had an order of Spicy Miso with extra kakuni and an appetizer of their eggroll. Their eggroll tasted like the ones you would buy at Costco. Their spicy miso was okay. It didn't stand out. I prefer Spicy Miso from other restaurants! Overall, I wasn't really that much impressed with their food. Nothing stood out. I will still give this restaurant a try, hopefully it will change my perception and/or opinion of their ramen.

Delicious Ramen with several options for broth and noodles (including vegetarian)! The milk tea and other drinks are good too. Being open late is a plus since Im always craving sushi late into the evening so good food and late night service is a win-win!
