Lychee w/ Aloe Vera [25% ice and sweetness] ($5.50)** fun fact if you decide to get 0% ice you will get charged $1**I feel like the drink that I ordered was pretty standard which is sometimes what I opt for especially if it's my first time checking a spot out and there's nothing in particular that stands out. And I am so glad this is what I picked because it's not too heavy and quite refreshing especially since the weather is picking up some heat. Something I appreciate a lot about this spot is the diversity of the menu and it felt like a one-stop shop as it's connected with food items like noodles, rice, etc., and more traditional Asian/Viet desserts towards the end of the storefront with Asha corner and sweet box!The aesthetic is super modern, family/kids friendly. There are a lot of seating areas inside and outside making it easy for bigger groups -- and it seems that a lot of individuals might chill there for hours with their friends too.Tips:Lots of parking available, family/kids friendlyIndoor and outdoor seating available
Great inventive drinks, but the wait time was a bit much. We waited 45mins for three drinks. It should take like 10mins tops.
I love the fruits with black tea drink here. I just don't like kiosk only ordering. It should be both cashier and kiosk because some people just take too long on the kiosk.
Wide variety of selections of drinks, nice props and decorations. They offer food as well which is dope, I highly recommend.
I absolutely enjoy coming to this RnB!Everytime I am here, its always feels different like I'm at somewhere new, new place, new town, or a new environment. Very exciting and definitely a pleasant atmosphere!Hidden in the back in Vietnam Town, near the Sweet Corner, this place always stood out for me. The Colorful Lanterns and the bright Flickering tree lights always gets me whenever I am here. It is definitely very pretty!I also enjoy coming to this place because I like their food and drinks.I enjoyed my Strawberry Macha Latte!So far I also like my Jasmine milk tea, my dragon fruit Slushie with Crystal Boba, and my Bun Bo Cay here. Pretty yummy Milk Teas, Fresh Fruit Teas, and Smoothies with a variety of Toppings! They offer various Snacks, Vietnamese Beef Cubes, Popcorn Chicken and other Appetizers as well. I am looking forward to try some of these on my next visit back.??

This is a nice tea shop to get a large variety of boba drinks. The drinks here are pretty good and the atmosphere is nice. I like the outdoor seating.
Nice and clean. Good place to hang out with friends.
