I was told many times by family and friends to try this Popeyes eatery.I finally did. I walked in and there was a ton of chicken in warmers. I wanted to order almost $20 in chicken nuggets (small chicken pieces) and fries... I asked the cashier if I can get all the food fresh. I asked him 3 different ways and he replied yes... 3 times. My order came. I checked it. Fries were cold. Felt as if they had been out for more than 15 mins. Not even lukewarm. The chicken was also cold and super extra cooked. I told a different cashier and he said... "oh I don't know, ask this other guy...then he shouts " I don't know... but she wants it fresh" and he walked away toward the back and another guy not dressed like the 2 cashiers came out.Told him the issue... that I asked and wanted fresh chicken and fries. Was told yes. "Manager" was adamant that the food was cooked fresh but refused to touch my boxed food. Kept saying he is not allowed to touch our food... He argued for 15 mins and refused to give money back. Finally after telling him that we were recommended to go there.He said... I guess I can cook u fresh food but its gonna take 10 mins... by that time, I was over the whole incident ... I asked for my money back. He slammed my money on the counter totally unprofessional. There was only 1 lady and a couple at the tables already eating. It was around 6-7pm no reason to have so much chicken or argue with customer. Manager was very rude and not professional...Unfortunately, we will not go back. Lost a Popeyes customer at that store.
Ordered a chilled lemonade. Got home a saw something at the bottom. Pulled it out with a straw. Turned out to be a worm. Called store and was told I needed to drive back there for a “replacement”. Was told he could not put the amount back on my card unless I came there, although I had the receipt number and card number
Every time I go to this restaurant they always mess up my order. There has never been one time when they got it right. I've been going there for a long time. But other than that the food is good.
I liked the fact that they had the shrimp in the box but then i saw how little there was it wasn't 1/4 pound ?
Got their classic chicken sandwich and a box of nuggets, this is comfort food. Location was clean and staff was fast and friendly.
The chicken was good, they need to focus on taking orders so you can get what you ask for.
Hello...ok I got the 12 pkg chicken, I asked the very nice cashier to please give only 1 chicken breast (Dislike the breast, too dry) so she did, but she took the time to break down the pieces I wanted, that was above and beyond customer service! So Popeyes maybe you should start offering tips jars or a way to tip cause working in food service is hard as (beep) ?. If you did employees will strive harder for excellent service and customers will be happy too..win win! Oh food hot fresh and I am happy!!
came here when it wasn’t busy, ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, cashier told me 9 minutes. over an hour later they still hadn’t made my order, idk if it was cause i was the only black person in the restaurant but they served every single person after me. when i came up and asked what was going on with my order, they simply looked at me and gave out two more spicy chicken sandwiches to other people who ordered after me. ended up getting a refund and no food
The employees here are nice and fast. The parking lot only has 1 entrance and exit into a busy street, so it can be a pain to get in and out. Also, there's no drive thru. Could be a problem if folks are paranoid about Covid.
Sorry don't have a picture because I ate before I can take a picture. The workers are nice and great here. They gave you a greeting and welcome you with a smile. The two for $10 is a steal for two sides and 5 piece chicken. Two small drinks for a $2 is great too.
