This location has got to be the worst Popeyes ever. How do you run an establishment and no one ever answers the phone? Ever. I have called and let the phone ring continuously until it beeped and then disconnected. We had to waste time driving to this location just to find out that our order was not at their location despite the fact that they charged my credit card. This is not the first time it happened and I decided to give them another chance. But this is the last time. My advice to anyone is do not do a mobile order because clearly it does not work and when you get to the restaurant they don’t care that you wasted your time to come to their establishment and you will be making a blank wasted trip.
OMG ! This is real good chicken. You people must try them. The restaurant is so clean and the staffs are so great. They are very courteous and professional person. I have a great time. Karina is the best.

Food at this location is very bad. Got overdone not crispy at all nuggets. Please go to the location in Great Mall if you want to have good Popeyes. This location is very bad
Chicken pieces are overcooked, probably from being refried. A $6.99 Large Cajun fries is equivalent to a small fries from other Popeye's restaurant. Also, this restaurant consistently miscount the chicken pieces and be advised to count your order before leaving.
Popeyes is LOVE! By far the best fried chicken chain with the most crispy skin and most fragrant chicken. Dark meat is amazingly juicy and decadent. The chicken quality in their chicken sandwich blows all competition out of the water. Not to mention the amazing prices. Tuesday special is my guilty pleasure :)
Didn't have the chicken I wanted. The line was long. The customers were extremely rude. They walk over you, try to cut the line, you speak in a nice way or gesture and the customers are rude and don't speak. The wait for chicken was 25 mins. So the 3 of us left and went up the street to a chicken and pizza restaurant on Capital.
The preparation speed is good. But sometimes they can be slow if there is a long line.
We ordered lunch at 1 and waited for over an hour for two meals. They even served customers that had ordered much later first. They were out of two sides at the time as well.Staff were completely unapologetic for the delays. Another woman asking what was happening because she was also there for over an hour.If you have to come here, order ahead online and expect delays.
Good service gave us the chicken fast but is very very packed on Tuesdays just like anyother location so beware of the line
