? worse service bad customer service and many workers doing nothing
It was 9:45pm and the lady and I finally decided to get some chicken for dinner. 15 mins before closing, we drove up here. We made two mobile orders and processed them at 9:51. At 9:54, our orders were complete and in our hand. Best service I’ve ever received from a Popeyes! The workers right now know what to do and we’re pleasant to be around during our short visit! Will definitely return to this location.
Delicious chicken sandwich and its flavorful. Staffs were friendly and I love the fast service.
Weekend crew are horrible. Biscuits are dry and flavorless. What was supposed to be a breast had hardly any meat, and was dry. It was mostly skin and very small. They add two small wings to my 3 piece white meat, mild order which were spicy. This only happens when I order on the weekend. The weekday crew are amazing and always get my order right. Food isn't dry and hard during the week.
The food is good but the location is small. You're standing in line next to someone who's eating. Not sanitary nor safe
Now we all know Popeyes Chicken is delicious as hell. Everything is always fresh and hot and ready to go. The only downsize is different Cooks May season it a little less or a little more. Some days is a Gamble. And sometimes the drive-thru worker may give you very little condiments or you may get a person who gives you a little more. It all depends on who is working. But overall the food is very delicious fresh and hot and ready to go. I also noticed that it depends on where a location is at. Will depend on if the chicken season will be seasoned good or bland. For some reason I noticed when a Popeye's location is in a heavily Caucasian populated area. The management may have been complained to about it being too much seasoning. So those locations when you purchase from it will have a more bland tasting chicken sandwich or fried chicken. It's just my experience. But I also noticed when it's in in heavenly populated African-American Latino area or Asian area. It will be more seasoned and more spicy. And check it out for yourself and tell me what you think.
I came to the store 9:50pm .there are people inside but the door is already lock. I assume it's already lock even before 9;45pm. I'm not sure if it's company policy to lock the door 15min before closing.. ?..

I like to drop in for a quick bite when I'm in the area, usually before the lunchtime rush. I've had mostly positive experiences with the food and service at this location. Ordering ahead for pickup through the Popeye's app will shorten your wait time provided the line isn't stretching out the door when you arrive. With that said, I'm typically in and out in under 5 minutes.
