I kid you not the last 3-4 times I’ve been here, allIn different weeks they have been out of coleslaw… As the only remotely non starch or carb, side, they should have solved their ordering problem by now. Their side options are basically nonexistent. Potatoes, Mac and cheese, rice and fries, that’s it! I get this is a chicken joint but get it together with the food selection.
Asked for sauce twice and was given attitude. Get home to no sauce, im sorry but atleast hire people willing to try and succeed. If your looking for service drive right past this establishment.
Don't come here for service. If your looking for attitude, this is the spot. People can't give sauce or napkins with food you use your fingers for. Absolutely embarrassing
I am not having the best Doordash delivery experience from this restaurant but I don't think it's their fault since my pick-up experience is great. Always super hot and tasty. I don't know why it takes an hour receiving online deliveries from them, when they are 0.3 miles from my house so I recommend drive-through or pick-up.
Table was dirty no matter of customer service food was ok. Smh.

I walked in on a weeknight to order with my spouse. I whent inside due to the car line being long and was pretty much in and out. Although Popeyes is pricey in Cali (for whatever reason) this location is outrageous with the prices. I actually only went because a commercial aired a special for a 2-pc with 2 sides and a biscuit ( I believe). That wasn't advertised on the store front and it wasn't offered/ mentioned until I asked about it. They had the Tuesday special up instead. The staff was pretty busy and the counter guy was attentive and patient. I can tell that they were working hard and together to keep things running smoothly. Great staff. The store was neat and clean as well.
Popeyes is one of my favorite fried chicken store. The latest visit o found the popcorn shrimp were so tiny. I ordered half and half 16 pieces chicken only. Sometimes the spiciness varies different time of order, I hope they can standardize the quality.Thumbs up if helpful :)
I went with my partner to get food bc we were hungry duh. We gave the cashier his card to pay but the cashier had it for too long and gave it back to us 1 min after we had gave her our card. Usually to pay it would take 10 secs for the payment to go through especially in the drive through. When the cashier gave us our food she looked very nervous and would avoid eye contact. Once my partner drove away we saw that her phone was laying next to the register with the front camera on. This could have meant that their is high chance the she used her front camera to take a picture of the back of the card. After that my partner had to replace his card to not risk having his money stolen. Be careful with your cards when using the drive through. Would recommend using Apple Pay or cash.
Chicken chicken chicken. Fried chicken for everyone. If you love fried chicken , and want fast service, this is the place. I somehow liked this better than KFC which also serves fried chicken.I couldn't eat KFC to my heart's content as it became overwhelming after eating a couple of pieces, but with Popeyes, I was good even with more pieces.
