Walked in at around 8:50 pm, they close at 9:30. The guy that actually took my order and rang me up was a sweetheart and the only reason why this wasn’t a one star visit. The was one employee with some grey snap back hat that was taking out the trash (they were getting prepped to close). He was very passive aggressive when I walked in and very loudly complained to another coworker, that I was the person to come in “right before we are f-Ing closing”. The coworker who he told this to, was incredibly uncomfortable, and kinda just looked at me because he knew I heard that. I’ve worked retail and restaurants for 11 years and have never had an employee act this way to a customer. Just extremely unprofessional. This food is expensive literally $20 per bowl, and they still had 30 min by the time I left. All of the food was still ready and nothing was put away in that respect. There was no one else at this location and the sign is completely dead in the parking lot. I will never return to this location.
This poke is the most expensive. You can find better for less money. The service is ok. They have a good selection of proteins and vegetables. And the sauces are ok.
he place was clean and easy to order, lots of good toppings and great portion sizes, and good variety of sauces to add to it.
Always loved Poke House and the array of fresh ingredients and variety of sauces. All that i've visited are all nice but still takeout only. This particular one had a very efficient assembly line for fulfilling the poke bowl order. ? ?

Excellent poké -- super fresh ingredients and really tasty! The prices are higher now than in some of the photos on Google but it's worth the price. The employees were super friendly and gave a well sized portion for a medium order. Will definitely be coming back -- this is now one of my favorite poké places in the South Bay.
10/31/21This location of Poke House has quickly become my favorite one out of the other locations. Milpitas used to have the best customer service and fun staff but Winchester has definitely stepped up ever since I came in for their grand opening. It's been a pleasure coming to Winchester location as I libe close by. I'm going to miss the wonderful staff here as I'll be relocating away for awhile before returning.Tommy and John delivered a wonderful customer service today, coming in and being around their chill and fun attitudes made the experience that much better. They delivered something that you don't see much a lot nowadays, good vibes, and for that, I must commend the both of you as well as the rest of the staff here at Poke House South Winchester. Thank you so much for your patience, good vibes, and making things fun for the customers. I know y'all probably could've been doing more fun things on Halloween so I wanted to make sure y'all know that I appreciate it.

At about $20 for a large bowl it's high grade fish and Supreme ingredients. Nothing but the best.
The fish is always good. However I always have issues when ordering online, such as utensils not being included or the bowl’s covering being unsecured. I ordered a Vietnamese coffee on 10/17 and they delivered an expired coffee from 10/02. It smelled rancid the moment I opened it. I tried to call to let the store know they need to check their stock before someone gets sick. Their phone line is an absolute joke, can’t get in contact with anyone! Love the bowls but it’s not worth it to get anything else from this store.
