Fresh and yummy ?
I visited this location on January 24. 2020. First time to this location because usually visit the one located in the Westgate mall.Ordered my usual plate to have it for dinner. First thing it was more expensive than on Westgate (like 3 dollars difference).Drove to my apartment like 10 minutes from them. Placed it in the fridge while I finished my stuff and thinking my dinner was going to be great (like all the times I buy from Westgate mall).To my surprise the moment I opened the lid something was not right. Smelled very different, like rancid food. I took a bite and just threw it in the trash can.Probably a one off event... but personally not returning to this one. This was my experience not meaning to talk bad about any business, however, with raw fish/seafood you have to be very careful with handling/temperature.
Nice but I ended up going somewhere else...had it before and the flavors are simple but flavorful.
I have been ordering here at least once a week. Previous orders on uber eats and in store purchase orders are excellent. I had ordered twice lately and both orders are a disappointment. Notes to store were not followed, soggy meats, small portion for a medium order. Whoever the store manager is that noon time should be made aware of this. Issue is not the refund but the quality equal to the price being paid.
Alejandro is so amazing. My friend and I tried this place out a few weeks ago and we keep coming back because Alejandro is so friendly and kind. He is patient as we make our decisions on what we want. And he answers any question we have. Thank you Alejandro!!

Rude and Lazy.We went here lastnight at 8:30pm. My son went in and the bigger girl said "sorry we're closed" and my son said "it shows that it closes at 9pm".Then she said to my son "well we're closed" in a rude way.Maybe post that you're closed at 8pm so you have 1 hr to clean up and actually go home at 9pm.
Definitely do not come here as the lazy employees will ruin your bowl. I came in tonight and the woman who made my bowl didn’t even grab a bowl to mix my poke and put everything directly in the bowl itself and splattered a puttle of sauces directly onto my veggies and salmon. It was definitely in edible and covered in sauce. Won’t be coming back! Never had this experience before with previous employees. Also the portioning for protein was way less.
Good food and nice staff. Minus one star for the value.
Consistently fresh and tastes good. Big portions and like that I can customize my poke bowl .
