I took a vacation to visit Great America, all my friends from California that live in Santa cruz and the bay area told me if you love pizza you have to go get Pizza My Heart. I finally got a chance to go there. The Pizza was good i liked it. Not too much dough and right amount of cheese. I will definitely return when i visit California again,
Lost respect for this pizza company. Usually good till Saturday night. Ordered a 18 inch pepperoni pizza. Walked all the way back to her room about a mile walk and end up finding out we had a cheese pizza the lady on the phone said we can return and get our pizza. Walk in and the lady at the desk had said okay let me ask. A 45 minute wait after we waited 30 minutes for our first initial Pizza. And the girl covered in tattoos what I ate would be the manager did not care to even offer to put toppings on it or figure out something having a rude attitude towards us never again here always take your orders and if you can stay away.
Idk what the big hype is for this pizza. Very expensive and thin pieces. The slices are huge, so you can actually double the size you have by cutting each piece in half. The cheesy bread didnt have that much flavor and was very tough/hard to enjoy. Salads are very good and well proportioned, so they are well worth your money and only $5.25.Parking is bad , but what isnt downtown?Friendly staff and accurate on the time quoted.
Edit: decided to make another trip and give them one more try. I am taking from a 3 star to a 5 star. Everything including the great friendly service was amazing. Thanks for your great service a great pizza. I will be back for sure...Second time I have been to this location of Pizza My Heart. I honestly thought I had found my new favorite pizza chain and was excited to come back today. I ordered a slice of their signature Big Sur pizza. I had ordered the same last time and fell in love. Today the had one slice without a whole lot of toppings which I was willing to put up with. However, I took them a very long time to get the pizza heated up and when they gave it to me the second half of the pizza was burnt. I would have given them 5 stars last time and 1 star this time so I will even it out to 3 but not sure I will be back if it is hot and miss.
Rude, inconsiderate people! My girl wanted to use the restroom and she requested the female staff that she is in her menstrual (twice). Yet, She asked twice after buying 1 slice of pizza and bread sticks with cheese. The attendant asked her superior and other staff members. It was 11.45 PM??♂️P.S. - I tipped like an American. One girl in front of me walked in w/o a mask and they gave a mask to that girl! I am just saying!! ??♂️
Absolutely love the pizza here! And omg there deal on the shirt and a slice is the best I've come across❤
Honestly, oddly bland. I had a pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and peppers and it was super mediocre. Sauce was nothing special, crust was meh, just overall a forgettable experience. Won't order again.
I recently moved to San Jose and this was my first time ordering from Pizza My Heart. We tried placing through door dash and unfortunately our dasher stole our order. The staff was great and remade our order for us while we dealt with door dash. They comped the whole order for us because of the long wait due to door dash, and they also threw in a free cinnamon roll dessert!! ? The food was PHENOMENAL and the customer service outstanding. I wish I had been able to tip more for tonight's service. I will absolutely be coming back!
No dressing came with the salad. Very disappointing. And I left a great tip.
They manufacture their own pizza crust and sauces, which distinguishes them from other pizza joints in town. We enjoyed the crunchiness of their chicken, which was not overly oily.
