One of the best pho’s in my life.. especially beautiful coz of the fresh set of green and taste of broth. Really good, though the place is really simple.Mind, that you need cash to cover the check ;)

Delicious broth and with pho, it's all about the broth. Pho is basically the only thing they offer. Their cafe sua da (Vietnamese iced coffee) is also solid.
Still my favorite pho place since I was a kid. New places come and go, but pho y has always tasted the same authentic southern style pho.
5 stars speaks to the customer service and how GOOD the food is. Best pho spot I've found in San Jose. Although it's out of the way from the main SJ area, it's worth the trip. Food came out incredibly fast, perfect portion size, and will absolutely come back. I ordered the Special Bowl
My go-to place for pho since elementary school (I'm 32 now). They are consistent with taste & quality. Always very fast even when they have a full restaurant. I love Pho Y!
Broth is pretty good and not so much fat in it like many other places.I wished they use disposable bamboo chopsticks instead of plastic reusables that has some stains, especially in th his covid world.

My family Has been coming here for over 15 years. The broth here is unmatched, delicious and speedy. The servers are kind and prompt. The avocado smoothies are to die for. Great price too. I recommend the Viet coffee as well. Our order was both those drinks , a smalll chicken pho and a beef pho, total was about $34. Not bad for a good meal for 2 people.
