No customer service. Brought four water for a party of five. We also ask for hot tea, the lady kept saying “later, later” and never brought the hot tea. Our combination fried rice was very plain, no flavor. Pho 1a, was also plain. There wasn’t enough condiment at the table. Waitresses never came back to check on us. Will not return to this place. Doesn’t seem like customer service is important in this restaurant.
Cash only.They had outdoor seating - huge plus for those who cannot eat inside due to COVID.The fresh spring rolls were good! Pho was so-so.

I love this place. Been coming here for years. The phone us one of the best in San Jose. I love their pineapple/coconut smoothie. Two things that suck is parking during the day and how high the prices have gone up. Otherwise I love this place
Sometimes I came to eat seafood noodles, egg rolls, and spring rolls, but I ate seafood noodles today.A pretty girl remembered us and brought us a lot of spicy sauce we ordered.I liked it because it was kind and the food was luxurious and delicious.
Pretty good pho and many other Vietnamese food items; the portion is big as well.
Our favorite Vietnamese soup when we go to East San Jose. We usually order their fried tofu together with their #1 Large hehe.

It's really good don't get me wrong! My parents and I go there weekly. Only reason this is getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because the chicken I received was raw. Aside from that, everything was good.
