Exquisite. My favorite pho place in San Jose currently out of the four places I've tried so far. My bf and I got the oxtail pho and the #2 rare steak pho (they were out of well done flank for #3 when we went Sun, 7/3 @3PM). Exquisite broth and the meat tasted great. You can choose btw thick and thin noodles too. We got full limes and the place was super clean and organized. Highly recommend. It's also very near a super good acai smoothie place N7
They have simple, focus menu: Just Beef Pho and drink/ dessert. They have space for sitting outside. Their Pho is good. Price is reasonable. We ordered 2 small 1 big pho with extra meat ball for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was about $50. We had a hard time to finish. Part of it because today weather is hot. My kids complained hot while eating Pho. I think cooler inside for got weather helps people to enjoy pho better. They have outside space too.
Super Busy on sunday morning but was seated and served in under 30 minutes. Beef Balls abd Phó perfect as always.
I like the previous pho place here better but this one will do. My first time trying this place when it first open, I was not impressed. I actually didnt go back until 3 years later. I think they improved a lot and overall I would recommend. Plus kudos for the outdoor seating. I really like it
This place is popular and waiting for a table is a norm. The staff was busy and it took ~20 minutes for our waiter to show up and took the order. The beef rib is fine but not temperature hot. (It's 1:30 pm on a Saturday.) The noodles are as good as you can expect.
Tasty phở. The restaurant specialty is beef noodles. There are several selections of beef. I always order a large special bowl :-) which is number #1 on the menue. Service is fast, once order is placed, within 5 minute, the bowl is right in front. There are side dishes, variety of coffee, beverages, desserts - sweet stuff, and fruit smoothies. The place is not crowded early lunch time in a weekday. They also do take out.
Sunday 10/31 at 12:00 noon, very crowded. Waited 15 minutes, simple dining experience, put your name on sheet of paper, they call your name, acknowledge you are here, they tell you table inside for you, find your own table, waiter shows up and hand you menu, order immediately, so you get your food, eat and leave because others are waiting. Pho flavor is not oily. No tripe, no seafood. Forgot to take pictures of food.
Broth was very good and flavorful. They give you a massive side of sliced onions if you ask.
You come here for one thing only: Pho. They serve no other dish but Pho. And of all the Pho options in the menu, what you're choosing is the combinations of meat in your pho. They have all the major options, including tendons. You can have small or large portion, but the small size is plenty. The difference in price between the two is $1.After pho, you can have some Vietnamese desert as well.Very tasty food and great/fast service. Be prepared to wait in line on weekends. As of October 2021, it's patio dining only.
We have come here for Vietnamese soup numerous times. They have good broth and delicious meats in their pho. They usually get busy since it is so good, so plan your time accordingly, specially if you come on your lunch hour.
