Drinks and food never disappoint, always delicious. Sadly, the restaurant hasn't recovered the correct amount of staff needed for the number of delivery, take out and dine in orders they are receiving. The staff here is running around unsuccessful managing the number of orders constantly coming in, of course at no fault of their own.I don't recommend coming here if you are impatient and don't understand high demand and short staffing. Otherwise the pho, tea drinks, and the popcorn chicken are extremely delicious. Plan your schedule and defineyl stop by if you can.
Average at best. Patrons were mostly non-vietnamese which usually mean the pho is not "authentic" in taste
Went for a fruit drink. And they took 20 mins. On a two order drink. On top of that two other people that ordered after me got theirs first……. And when I got home they didn’t put the plastic seal one one of my drinks and they put a lid instead and it all spilled in the bag. They should really let the costumer know!!
Service was quick. Loved the grilled chicken and rice.
Ordered the spring rolls and pho Bo kho to go. The spring rolls are made with cheap iceberg lettuce and the sauce is way too sweet. The Bo kho was ok but the amount of noodles they gave to broth was like 3:1, so not really a pho, overall taste was meh. Would not recommend or order from here again
Purchased coffee, the lid not well closed, coffee spread out in the bag with other drink.Ordered popcorn chicken the lid of the sauce not well closed, sauce leaked.Staffs should learn how to close the lid well first.

Good location of the national Pho Hoa franchise with decorative spacious interior, clean restroom and adequate service (polite hostesses but rude servers!). Plenty of parking spaces although weekends can be very tight, though that's Lion Plaza issue and not the restaurant. As to the main entree: authentic pho flavors with good presentation in terms of garnishment. However, the meats are skimpy and greens kinda light (minus one star--see photo)--unlike the same franchises in Atlanta, Houston and the OC. Not perfect but definitely an good quick fix when you have a Pho craving!
