Must-visit. Great fruit teas, northern style pho, and fun outdoor seating. Def recommend ordering the flap meat pho. The flap meat is savory and absorbs the soup well. Favorite pho meat of all time. Really recommend the sugarcane and kumquat drink. The quality of the fruit tea made me feel like I was in Asia again. The outdoor seating looks super nice and there’s plenty of room. Definitely still join the waitlist. Still had to wait 10 minute at 3 PM on a Saturday. Def park in the parking garage to avoid the sun. Free for two hours and lots of space. Lots of great tea options around the plaza to choose from afterwards
I’ve been on the search for the “best” pho in the area and this place definitely competes! What makes this pho unique is the create your own bowl option by selecting up to 3 meats (4 for an extra charge). I really enjoy the area this place is located as well, it’s tucked away and feels intimate. Service could be a little better, I was waiting around a bit. Gotta get the spring rolls!
Highly recommend beef short rib, roasted chicken, and crab roll, all are delicious! The shaking beef (no.56) and coffee taste so so.The service is pretty quick. The waitlist is not too long (we arrived at 11:30 on a weekend, wait for 5-10 mins)
Minus two stars due to dirty restroom for mens and never having soap to wash hands for customers or their staff. Which makes me wonder how hygienic our food is to be made. I love the pho and have eaten here over 5 times, and every time the mens bathroom has no soap to wash hands and just dirty. Please correct this hygienic issue, we’re just coming out of a pandemic.
One of my favorite places for pho. It's northern Vietnamese style where the broth is clean and simple while packed with flavor, without the overwhelming 5 spice. Order the #10 with fresh noodles, which is way better than the dried rice stick noodles. It makes the dish more luscious and silky. The pounded beef is super tender and cooked immediately when they pour in the very hot broth. Another dish you must get is the crab egg rolls. It is filled with crab and it comes with vermicelli and greens to make your own wrap.
Really great food, great price. Will definitely come back! Best Pho I've had.

We have been coming to this Pho Ha Noi for a little more often now. At first I was really hesitated to come here because this place always so packed.A bit difficult to find a parking spot due to it being located inside Vietnam Town and this place is usually super crowded everytime we stopped by here, especially on the the weekend.We finally give it a shot and put our name down on the wait list.It was definitely worth it because while we were walking around grabbing a boba, soon after that we got a text right away saying our table is ready. We were pretty happy and hungry! We love Pho and we were absolutely excited to finally eat here!??I definitely like their indoor/outdoor seatings area! I love those colorful lanterns and the decorations!Very nice and Pleasant Atmosphere.We Absolutely enjoyed our Soups!The broth is pretty flavorful!They also offers many other Vietnamese food, drinks, and other desserts here as well. We are definitely coming back here soon.I'm looking forward to try their Hu Tieu Nam Vang, Hu Tieu Mi Seafood, Bun Cha, and my favorite Bun Bo Hue here!
Some of the best pho ive ever had. I tried the vietnamese sausage string rolls and the pho #13 (rare beef, brisket and fatty brisket)
