Relatively clean and modern vietnamese pho place with plenty of parking. They've annexed some of the parking for tented seating during the height of the COVID pandemic. However, they've been slow to move away from some of the precautions. If you order hot tea, expect it to come in a to-go coffee cup. They've just recently started putting squeeze sauce bottles back on the tables instead of cup containers. They have pretty nifty soup spoons with hooks at the end of the handle to keep it from sliding down into your bowl (how have we not thought of this before). Food tastes alright, but not the best I've had. Portions are moderate. The BIG reason for the drop in stars is the old school typical Asian customer service where they don't check back on you, strictly talk to you only when they need to, and often just walk by and drop you items and check on your table without saying anything. Step into the western world. Customer service goes along way toward a diner's experience. Maybe next time you'll get more than the minimum tip.
First time I tried this place. Food was great, and service was ok except for the waitress/server. We were a party of 9 and since we were seated it was obvious that she was upset. She almost drop the hot soup on my mom and she kept throwing dishes so loudly from the tables she was cleaning. The guys were awesome.
this place has really good pho, however, my experience today was a little disappointing. Our server took our order which was two chicken pho’s no onions. He brought them over with the onions which was okay I get it, mistakes happen. When I looked in the pho, however, I saw a fly floating at the top. I made sure I wasn’t crazy & asked my boyfriend to take a look & it sure was a fly, it had the wings, four legs, etc. I told our server who took the pho back & came back out with a new bowl. He told us that it wasn’t a fly & that it was the black part from the onions even though it clearly was a fly??? I didn’t appreciate the dishonesty coming from him as he should’ve simply owned up to the mistake (they happen it’s okay) We still enjoyed the rest of our meal but the dishonestly wasn’t pleasant nor the fly in my pho lmao
This place took me by surprise. I just wanted a quick meal and I love Vietnamese food so I decided to stop by. I ordered the grilled pork spring rolls to start out and they were delicious. They are also large and not skimpy like a lot of places. For the main course I ordered the spicy lemongrass beef with rice and the beef was super tender, juicy and flavorful. The service was also super quick. I thought it was going to take awhile from the looks of the amount of people but my food came out super quick. Definitely rating here again.PSA- They do not have a whole lot of traditional Vietnamese dishes but the main ones that most people like.
Wonderful service & delicious food! We got Pho and the chicken Ban mi. Decent amount of meat in the pho and lots of jalapenos, bean sprouts, and fresh basil. Great outdoor seating under a tent especially for lunch. Well worth the visit. :) Oh yeah and when you're done you just walk in and pay inside and tell them your table.
Food was on point and service was the best. One server gave us candy and free stuff my new fav pho spot highly recommend
Wonderful food, great service. Dog friendly with outdoor seating.
Super yummy and you get a lot of food in the small! I got the combo pho which you can customize yourself and my friend got the seafood pho which I’ve never seen anywhere else! Nice place, miss the vegetarian restaurant that used to be here but not mad about the replacement
Pretty good, love the texture, only hope the veggie flavor can pop out a bit more
