Very nice, tidy restaurant with good customer service. I ordered the #2 beef pho: rare filet mignon with pho, and egg rolls.
The place is clean. The food tastes vietnam with american fusion, not as tasty as the original vietnamese Pho. I ordered Cha gio(fried spring rolls) and the apperance and taste is totally different. They used a lumpia wrapper instead a rice wrapper. The fried rice with beef was good. Beef is tender and its sweet sauce is good too. I give it 3stars since serving is good enough but the taste is soso.
The food was excellent, serving size was ample for a grown adult.. Service was quick quick with little wait time after ordering. The only thing wrong with my whole adventure was the music was SO DANG LOUD you can't hear your dining partner.
I usually order from this place through DoorDash, and until today it was my number one spot. I used to order it even when I lived in Campbell, it was worth the drive.However, tonight I ordered again and the quality dropped significantly. There used to be spices in the chicken pho, fresh noodles, and delicious broth. What I received was OLD, HARD, CHEWLY noodles and broth that was lukewarm. I always used to receive it hot even if it was doordashed to me.I’m pretty upset that after ordering so many times from here that perhaps the demand got higher and they cant keep up. It may be time for me to find a new pho place.
Pho 21, is the place for pho, especially on a cold evening night when you are looking for something nice to warm you up. A swift customer service, piping hot pho is a memory that they have successfully tattooed into the taste buds of my tongue, so please understand, if I sing their praise.
Usually busy at night. Great place for hang out at night with friends.
I love this place the food is so delicious and the chefs even know my plate. The drinks not too sure about all of them but I know they have variety my go to is a strawberry smoothie always. I highly recommend getting the cubed beef with rice I absolutely love this dish. My friends I take here, love the beef pho I’ve never tried it, but they always get it and have even visited without me.
Place is good but the communication could use some work. Be sure to reserve a spot or queue yourself in the tablet in front of the door when it's busy. They were busy so I get it, but it would've been nice for them to point that out at first when I came in. I was just waiting to be called on and I see people getting seated before me.. Ended up standing just waiting about 30 min to be seated.
A very decent place to eat at late hours night. I am a regular when nothing else is open. Phở is pretty good here. You won't be disappointed .
The food was so acceptable and scrumptious. I should visit this eatery once more. I will without a doubt carry my companions to this spot. Energetically suggested!
