Berry cream scone was delicious, iced chai was a little weak for my tastes. Service was good despite large crowd.
Does anyone remember the old name of this coffee place? Anyways, where else in San Jose, CA, can you literally sit for hours and sip always well brewed organic coffee and not feel that people are staring at you? I haven't found another. I hardly get something to eat but when I do, it's great, I have no idea what some other goofgle are talking about. The people that work there may look cool or unapproachable but they never have an attitude when serving you and have always been extremely prompt when I go there.
I know this is a coffee shop but gosh dang. The Turkey Bacon & Egg sandwich is nightmare of flavors
They take down your name as if they'll call it, but they do not, simply calling out the drinks they've made. They made me the wrong drink, but I had no idea it was for me, and I sat there an extra 5 min like a chump, just to come away with the wrong drink. Also, the drip coffee is not good.

This coffee shop has the best coffee that's best for me! Every time I come around here, the staffs are very attentive and even greeted me enthusiastically.
I think the servers are fantastic, and I think the management did a fantastic job with their preparation.
