Went there to buy a birthday cake. Asked the guy to write on the cake and they refused, saying it's not an "even surface". When I said that it's OK and that I already bought the cake he said that it's "company policy not to write on cakes" and that these are direct orders from the "cake department". I'm not sure if he thought he was working for some secret government cake department, but overall that was a really poor customer experience for a simple request to write "Happy Birthday" on a cake that I already purchased.

Had a fantastic experience! Ordered a cake for my mom's 70th birthday. Nancy was kind enough to write something in Korean for my mom on the cake. <3 Excellent customer service and the cakes are yummy!~
Cake had mold growing on it and did not even apologize. Won't be shopping here again.
Always love Paris Baguette. Their foods are well-presented and high-quality, and they have good service. Great ambience and lighting makes it a solid study/work spot as well. Their paninis are also yummy. Parking is easy in the plaza. Wifi is fine. Was not busy when I went for weekday lunch.
Freaking love their pastries and baked goods. I strongly recommend trying them out. And it's a great place to start the day.
I order the strawberry soft cream Christmas cake as my son love cake from Paris Baguette, but I am thoroughly disappointed on the hospitality front. The store ran out of supplies and didn’t bother to alert me ahead of time so we can change cake. Sure, it is not their fault, I would be happy to use different decors replacement, and kudos to their employees to add more decor when I complain the sad state of the cake when I show up. (Think 2 trees and a Santa sitting on a barren land). The manager wasn’t very helpful. I was waiting to speak to her, and I was simply ignored until I go up and ask for her. Note, the cashier had alerted her I need to speak to her. The manager simply keep serving the next customer. She wasn’t very focus when I get to speak to her either. Overall very disappointed.I have been to this location a few times before, and it was alright to get regular cakes that are on display. But I won’t come back for custom order or sessional online orders.

December 23rd, we ordered a cake, paid for it.December 24th, we had to go back, to pick up the cake, the line was super long.My Wife went inside to get the cake.She was told by a female employee, "she has to wait in line like everyone else, first come, first serve ".We then noticed people were coming inside "after us", not waiting in the long line, getting their orders before us.When we finally got to the registers, we questioned two different employees about:having a pickup line and a regular line.Why they were helping customers that came in after us before us ?They had no reason/ reasons, there were no apologies.There was no attempt to make things right.I'm never going back !!!!!
