It's a nice cafe. They even have vegan options sometimes.Though there is a lot of trash outside. Sorry for pointing this out. I'd change my 4 stars to 5 if they clean the area around. It's ok if you sit outside with your latte and cake, and don't look down. Though if you do look down accidentally, then the feeling is spoiled a little...

Lots of different variety and so fun! You have your own tray and tongs so you can choose whichever one u want with the pastries. The environment felt very warm and comforting and smells really good! Good for breakfast, treat or dessert!

I have lived in California for 18 years, with my husband we go to different areas to drink coffee every day where we work online, that's why we choose places where the wifi is powerful. We already knew the Palo Alto branch and we went to visit this cafeteria that is very close to our house ( we live in Santana Row area) The place is very spacious, in the corner with many tables outside on a wooden platform and others tables inside where orders are placed. There is a wide variety of drinks hot or iced cold: espresso, cappuccino, latte, mocha, matcha latte, chai latte, hot chocolate, hot tea, peach iced, matcha frappe, lavender matcha frappe, coffee frappe and mango or strawberry smoothies. Also fabulous looking cakes, sweets, macaroons, pastries, tiramisu, milk bread, mocha cake, croissants, sandwiches, salads, cheesecakes, bakery, wafles. I ordered a mocha for my husband, a matcha for me and a vanilla latte for a friend. I try all 3, delicious =D. Opens every day at 7 am and closes at 9 pm so is plenty of time for try their tasty flavored creations.I highly recommend this place for a calm moment with good wifi drinks and food.

First time here. My coffee and breakfast sandwich was not so good. I tossed both in the trash. Instead, I would walk across the parking lot to Coffee Water Lab. Coffee is 100x better. Ham & Gruyère croissant was very tasty for a quick sandwich. Oh! And CWL was almost half the price.

First off this is not a bakery trying to be French! This is a Japanese/Korean style bakery. Look around you, do you get the impression this is an Asian speciality shopping area? ?(this is responding to a negative review.)Now, if you like Japanese style bakery goods you will love this. Everything we bought and gobbled up, we loved. Very authentic. The coffee is bad and the barista embarrassingly slow but the bakery goods are awesome. Get your coffee situation figured out and you will get 5 stars all day long! Also, the place is not very clean. If you are trying to be Japanese/Korean you will need to up your cleanliness game!

Owner should think again to keep the staffs who work at the register. She forgot packing my order and tried to let me go outside. She packed my berry tart like dumping in the trash bag. And she didn’t apologize to me. I got so horrible experience. I will never go back there.

When this place is open the croissants are GREAT... however that is the issue.I arrived on Thursday morning at 8:30am for croissants and the door is LOCKED. 3 people have also come and had same experience. I can hear a vacuum in the background. Don't know what's going on. It is advertised as OPEN AT 7AM. Do NOT advertise on the door for 7am open when it is not. Fix it. There is NO alternate sign on the door saying there is any special change in today's time either. No one came to the door to inform us why they were not opening either. In future if there's a change in opening for a special reason, at minimum there should be a sign posted somewhere...

Great food & beverage selection, definitely have to visit again to try them all out. The location is amazing if you're going in for takeout. If you're going to go there to have a conversation or work consider going outside. The indoor seating area is noisy due to being right next to the barista section, a blender goes off every few minutes which can really disrupt the vibe and the chairs squeak whenever moved, so it can be hard to have a private conversation or business lunch at times. Also if you're working on something private you're out of luck, there's mirrors on the top of the ceiling so whatever's on your phone or table can easily be looked at just by looking up.Tldr: Good food if you're just stopping by, outdoor seating is better at this location

I came this morning at 7:30 and there was nothing, no fresh chocolate croissants or fresh croissants. only those of the day before. I was told it wouldn't be before 9:00 am. I'm sorry but if Paris baguette opens at 7am, we should have all the merchandise presented otherwise open later. Also, it would be nice to have people behind the counter helping the customer instead of talking together and ignoring them.

***UPDATED: I sent you and email per your response below and have not heard back from anyone..Been to the Saratoga location twice & service isn’t the greatest. Register counter is not clean. Staff is not friendly or helpful. Pastry selection is low/limited too. I visited on Monday @ around 11 & all the croissants were gone. I came in a few weeks before Christmas @ 7 AM & there were barely any pastries on the shelf. I think what they had out at 7AM was from the day before. Employee said I came too early. They open at 7, I would think everything will be available when they open like other bakery shops. They were still making pastries and cake selection was from the day before. Employee said they start making cake around noon.Wondering if ALL Paris Baquette locations are like this..
