My favorite Panera hands down. I was assigned to work at kaiser san jose and panera was just down the road, my go to place for lunch. I dont know why, but this is a happy place. Good food, good ppl here. Great service.

I get the same thing every time I come here. They make my salad so tasty, every time! I like the good customer service attitude they have. I'm always in there for no more than 10 minutes when I do a to go order for myself. When I do curbside pickup, I'm usually only waiting for 5 minutes. They're always so fast, efficient, and friendly. I love coming to this Panera versus other ones.

Love the people who work here! Great food, especially pastries and deserts.

Food was ok. Skimpy salads. The workers seemed to be working hard though. They did not have a portion of their tables closed to provide social distancing. Lots of people waiting to order with noses hanging out of their masks. Not the place to go to avoid Covid.

Not good. We asked about the price of the Fuji salad for catering. Was told 57.00. Website says 46.00. We had stopped to grab one to have with dinner.We ask for extra dressing. The gave us 4 and not one was even 1/3 full.The last time I ordered & had delivered, it was great! Site asked what side I wanted.I choose an apple. Gal never asked last night. I had forgotten as only my 2nd time. Was given a cold hard baguette. They were NOT busy. Will not go to Cottle Rd location again. It was about 4:30 PM

I have ordered items through Kiosk twice. Not the same place. Two different place. I used Kiosk as a guest. Then the receipt missed the last item. This happens at the both places. Well, after I reported the missing item, they immediately added the item. This is good. But they should check Kiosk function. After I order, I want to check the receipt, but I cannot see the receipt till I get my order. Even I mark 'Print my receipt', I cannot see it right after my order. A bad Kiosk system!

Interesting crowd of people from nurses, office workers, and the elderly. My party and I ordered through the self-order kiosk, but what is frustrating is that their card reader is only usable for swiping but still misreads my credit card. After a few tries, it works, but would recommend that you line up with a cashier to avoid this complication. My party ordered the steak sandwich with Caesar salad and the tuna sandwich with tomato soup. The half soup-salad combo saves you a lot!The Caesar salad and tomato were excellent during these cold days. The steak sandwich was a nice portion of meat but overall dry. The tuna sandwich was good though!

They don’t take care of coffee orders and they are not providing sugarcane syrup

Always come here and order curbside pickup. Always very courageous and prompt. What more can I say!
