I got the new chicken sandwich. It was very good! Its a bit on the expensive side especially when another restaurant nearby has a chicken sandwich too and is much cheaper but there are differences. The bun is a brioche bun with parmesan chips inside. The sauce brings everything together. The sandwich comes in a square box and you can choose this in a pick 2 meal.
Older lady at the counter this morning (with a pink hat on) rolled her eyes for when we needed a second to decide. What a horrible customer service attitude! Others working in the kitchen were nice.
Pick 2 was great. Had the BBQ chicken sandwich and the Thai chicken soup. Cashier was very nice and patient
Food had standard and consistent taste with a lovely crusted baguette. The half soup portion was really tiny though.
Today is my first and last trip to this store. I ordered Pick 2 Tuna and soup. After going back to office with the first bite, it's chicken. I guess they can serve whatever they see fit.
If you ask for extra suace on a sandwich you'll receive less than the standard amount. I've tried giving this Panera another chance but both time it's happened so won't be coming to this location anymore. I would feel bad for people who oay for double meat.
The food is good, but the quality assurance is always terrible here. I always have something from my order missing. This time I ordered the “you pick two” and I didn’t get my soup. Last time it was my drink. The time before that was my cookie. Jeez. I should learn by now to double check before I drive off, but that’s their job, not mine. If I’m paying for an item, I should receive it, period.
Good place, love flat pizza, although my favorite *you pick two* got me little soup and salad for $14. Not worth it.

Got the pick 2 combo, which is a great deal- order of grilled cheese and tomato soup. A great selection for a cold, windy day. The ambience was quiet and nice as diners were enjoying their food while studying, working, and relaxing. The only issue was getting our food. We got a pager from the kiosk and sat down at our chosen table. Once the pager buzzed, we were hesitant whether we pick up the food ourselves or will a server bring it to us. Fortunately, we were sitting close to food pick-up counter. If we were sitting farther, we would have simply wandered throughout the dining floor.
