An overall healthy menu that has a good amount of variety. The "pick two" menu is great because everyone gets to pretty much create their own combo meal. The virtually unlimited beverage club is a great deal if you live or work near a Panera. This Panera has a large seating area inside and a few outdoor tables as well - and the staff is very customer service friendly!
Don’t like to be tricked. Not the fault of this Panera but the main app doesn’t provide support. Don’t tell me I have a reward of bowl and not specify warm bowl or bread bowl. No happy!!!!! Let me make an informed decision. Not happy. Tricked a second time. Told I can pick which loaf of bread I want and then they will only give a bread bowl… they need to figure out how to be customer-oriented. I spend a lot of money here, they are not giving me “freebies’ —they are rewarding me for spending my hard earned money. Guess I will reward other places with my money.
Very good experience ? soups are delicious and bread is so good. Store is super clean and tables have enough space from each other. Friendly staff, even food was served at the table. Location is great and store is organized. We love panera bread. Broccoli cheddar is great and I liked a lot my new favorite chicken cream with wild rice.
Came in around 5pm. Only 2 people working. Forgot to ring our buzzer when the food was ready, so it was lukewarm by the time we came to check.Kids wouldn’t eat the Mac n cheese. Baguettes were stiff. French onion soup was really dark. Full size portion in bread bowl was same amount as half size my wife got with the soup sandwich combo. Turned out to be ok, because that was as much as I could handle.Even the cookie at the end was burnt on the edges, so kids just picked the candies out of it.Maybe we caught a really bad day… but definitely scratching my head about the 4+ star overall rating here.
A nice place to have coffee and some good soup and incredible tasting bread freshly baked on the premises .The service is excellent and very willing to meet your needsLots of parking and other shops nearby you can eat there or take it across the street to the San Jose municipal gardens and have a marvelous picnic

Panera is always a decent experience. The food is consistent and they may mess up an order once in awhile, but the staff is usually so helpful. It was a cold day today, so the soup especially was extra lovely today. The customization aspect is great too.
Panera used to be my one and only place to start my day. With time I started coming here less and less. Lately starting to come back here.
