This restaurant horrible they put no effort into there sushi and the customer service trash do not recommend
Nasty sushi choices and the menu are not accurate too anything for example the "shrimp tempura roll" was just loaded with crab DON'T COME
My husband and I had a date night and we love to eat at this place but today it was horrible. The teriyaki chicken was boiled not grilled it tasted very blan and then they put sauce on top of it. We ordered the Bento box. Then my husband ordered a Darth Vader roll and when it was brought out it looked horrible it was tempura and it was very rubbery it wasn’t crunchy and soft inside it was not in a clean manner it looked like it was just thrown all together like it tasted like they made it and it was sitting there and then they deep-fried it when we ordered it and put it on the plate cut it put it took it all apart and then just threwAnd then just threw pieces of fish on top with the scallops thrown some crunchy stuff on top put some sauce on it and the ro was on the corner of the plate. It was never like that before unfortunately we will never go back, We paid 90+ dollars for this food. And it was not worth it we ordered a triple Item bento box and a Darth Vader roll ..
Service was not great upon entering, so I didn’t eat there. Myself and a couple in front of me that were waiting to be seated walked out for that reason.
This place is disgusting; stay away and save your money! They serve food that looks and tastes like it's days old; the aftertaste will fallow you for hours. I paid, I took it to go, and it went straight to the dumpster. Avoid at all cost!
Food was so so, service was worse.3 of us for a late lunch, separate checks.I was the last to order. I order the sunomono salad, Garlic Scallops, grilled oysters and Yam Fries. 1st person adds a side of yam fries to her order. 1st person gets al 3 items she ordered. 2 person gets all 3 items she ordered. I get my Garlic Scallops. Then both yam fries show up. We are eating and talking and I realize I haven't got all my food. I ask waitress where the other two items are; she is like "oh they are coming".So my friends and I keep eating and talking. Next thing ya know we are all done with the food we've received and my friends are ready to go. So we flag down the waitress and ask if Salad is ready. She says it coming. I hear telling cook to make the salad. The waitress didn't put in the order for my salad when I ordered. They didn't make the salad when I ordered it. We flag the waitress. I tell her to cancel it we are done. She says OK, what about the oysters. I think for a second, there is only 2, so I tell her yes to the Grilled Oysters. A couple minutes later waitress shows up with salad that I canceled. I send it back. My friends are done eating; I'm not gonna have them sit there for another 15 minute watching me eat a salad. Then she brings the 2 Grilled Oysters smothered with hot sauce. No where on the menu did it say there was hot sauce on the oysters. I box them to go (someone at my house will eat them).At no time did the waitress come to check how we were doing or if our drinks needed filling. We had to flag her down for chopsticks napkins, refills, to go boxes and even the bill.The only thing here that I recommend is the Garlic Scallops.
Easy parking, the staff wasn't rude but i definitely didn't get a warm welcome i had to wait around 5 minutes by the register while 2 girls were sitting in front of me folding the forks and napkins, sushi was great ?
Came here for take out and was a bit disappointed. The double double roll (hamachi inside, salmon outside) was sub par. The hamachi had chewy fibrous textures and I had spit them out. Also, I ordered a salmon skin hand maki roll and they gave me a hand roll.
Pros:- great fish quality- very polite caring servers- clean dining area- fast cook time (10-15 min)- easy take out order systemCons:- a little pricey but comparable to other sushi restaurantsMy order:- 2 item bento w/ teriyaki beef (good) and tuna nigiri (great)- rainbow roll (good)
Forgot the rice included with meal. The tuna was chewy... truly disappointed with this meal. The soup, and salad was not good either. Giving 2 stars as it was my first time and the salmon/hamatchi was decent.. Overall the meal was lacking quality and was missing items
