Owner has done a great job hiring very helpful staff. Bundt cakes are always fresh and delicious. The retail space is adorable.

Customer service related: called today and staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I never leave reviews but this guy was very rude.Cakes are always great! Sad I didn’t get help with my order -Went elsewhere today.

There is a little wait outside (only 4 people are allowed in at a time) but the employees are fairly fast. They had all of the flavors stocked, the place was clean and had everything you would need including souvenirs or little gifts. Had the lemon raspberry cake which was a special, and it was pretty good. There is seating outside as well.
No reason for the wait!Two women standing at the counter to take your money and tell you that it will take 20 minutes to put the cupcakes in a box! I'm standing here ( waiting outside as asked) watching 2 employees chatting away. The store is otherwise empty.
Great prices. Great service. Great variety of flavorful and perfectly moist bundt cakes. Got a marble cake myself. Was great!
Let me start off by saying, please don't work, or support here! The owner of the store is incredibly rude and mean to the staff who work there, even though they do quite literally everything in the store for her. Multiple people have quit in a very short span of time and I imagine that they will be urgently hiring there, please do not apply unless you want to work in an environment with terrible management, no communication between higher ups and workers, and rules being forever changed and created on the spot. If you are a customer, I urge you to go elsewhere to other bakeries, or even take a little bit longer and go to the Los Gatos location. Yes, the cakes may be decent, but the well being of of the workers takes priority.
As the name says there is "nothing special" with this cake. Average taste similar to the ones we can find in stores like walmart. The ribbons, flags and message card are extra $10 and you could not opt out any of those even at full price. Could easily find all those decorative stuff for $3 or less in a dollar store.Also not many customize options.Dint understand the purpose of special instructions. Instructed them to not provide a particular themed flag instead give a plain/empty flag so we could write our own message. They called back saying its against their company policy and that they either will not do any decoration to it or take it as they provide no option of alternatives.How difficult is it to not put that flag when customer is requesting dont do it. ?♂️To add cherry on top of my worse experience, I would have never dreamnt that a cake store would close by 4pm on sunday (weekend) which is when all the parties usually happen. I blame myself for that as I did not notice and also failed to hear their voice mail. Nevertheless I go to store by 4.10pm to find it closed and not having a cake for the event.Not recommended if spending almost $40 for a cake..Many better alternate options available in the market
