Decent amount of noodles. We got the pad thai with shrimp, it's average taste a little lacking of the peanut sauce taste for me.
Visited for lunch in late February of '22 and was enticed by the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles on the menu. Sadly, the noodles were overcooked to the point of being mush (how, at a noodle place?) and swimming in a lackluster sauce. The menu listed the dish as spicy (two peppers!), but it was actually pretty bland. The place was empty at noon. Only one employee in sight. Lots of better options for food in this center.
What a great place. Amazing healthy food. The flavors are awesome. I will be coming back to the the various sauces and noodles. So many to try and it's fast and delicious. Friendly people to
We all got the zoodles since we were trying to eat healthier. I did not really miss the pasta. Granted you know it's vegetables but the flavor and sauce make it a great meal. They have options for any diet and all the ones we tried were great. Next time we go we'll have to try the pasta too.
First and last visit to Noodles and Company. I was a regular visitor to an old Noodles and Company in Cupertino. It was a novelty back then. It disappeared and I haven't seen another until I ran across this place while visiting relatives. The novelty is gone. Noodles and Company is just another noodle house in an area polluted with noodle houses. Since Noodles and Company tries to cover a variety of cuisines, it masters none. I would consider Noodles and Company a McDonalds of the noodle restaurants. Just good enough to please most people.
Super disappointed in our order.- Spicy Korean Noodles ("very spicy") weren't spicy at all and the texture was of wet noodles. The sauce tasted only of Sriracha.- Japanese Pan Noodles ("spicy") weren't spicy, either. Noodles were completely dry, and had basically no flavor. The beef I added was overcooked.- Side of Wisconsin Mac and Cheese looked like poorly-made Kraft mac with a slice of melted cheddar on top. Texture was oily and not cheesy underneath.Phone ordering was awkward: voice recognition software is s-l-o-w. I could have ordered online, but didn't want to create yet another one-use account; I'm very glad I didn't, given how bad the food was.Positives: the pickup was easy and quick, food was ready when they said it would be. Staff were friendly.
If your store is closing teach your employees to politely tell customers that you are closing and will not be taking any further orders.I step inside the store around 3:50 pm on a Sunday( 10/31/2021) and after looking at the menu, I go near the Serving agent to put in an order, the cook behind shouts “You are going to barely put in an order”! Sorry, is this customer etiquette that you’ve taught your employees?I am extremely disappointed and expected somebasic customer etiquette!! Thanks for being so rude and unprofessional that too to a customer
General Manager Ruby Robles was very unprofessional and did not put forth a welcoming environment for a customer. I don’t know how you guys hire unprofessional workers yet alone a manager.
Not worth the money. We order Japanese pan noodles and orange chicken lo Mein, the containers were half filled and pan noodles were not even tossed properly. Everything is pre cooked and the chefs only have to tose everything together and serve, they couldn't even do that. They are just pushing the food out without even controlling the quality. We also got potstickers(chicken dumplings) and they were stone cold inside, you can tell they were frozen and were not cooked properly. The chefs did not have masks on too. Will not be returning anytime soon. Please train the staff to have little bit of passion for cooking.
Young man, may have been a manager, had a bad attitude. Also was handling my food without gloves on. With Covid being so prevelant, he shouldn't be handling food or anything food related without gloves on! Please train your employees better.
