Went to San Jose for the weekend and was so disappointed in all the food and drinks. This place didn't make it any better. Saw many locations for Nick the Greek and great reviews so we decided to try it. They don't have garlic sauce and the meat were so heavily seasoned. Best thing was the fries. Would not go here again. Too much money for mediocre food.
Great food! Fast and fresh. Good portions. Clean tables and chairs. Unfortunately no baby changing station in restrooms. ?
Seriously some of the best "fast" food around! The food looks better than their ads and the taste is always amazing. Fresh food, real ingredients and always friendly staff. Their loaded fries feed at least two easily and is one of our favorites and an amazing value. ???
Got my order completely wrong! Even missed things I wanted to pay for. Fries and pita look old. Never again to this location. I can really prepare better food for my dog…
We live in Santa Clara and we spend many weekends on the Bay Area. One of our favorite areas is Willow Glenn. We already been in Nick The Greek in Redwood City. Walking in search of a restaurant for lunch we discovered this place. Immediately we stop and decide to eat there. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the menu very varied, I chose the Gyro Salad with chicken, fresh spinach and organic arugula served with pita bread, dressed with there signature honey balsamic vinaigrette with and my hubby choose Gyro Salad with beef/lamb.Update: another beautiful weekend in Redwood City, is a little bit cold perfect for a Avgolemono soup ? made with orzo pasta, fresh eggs ? and chicken ? 16 oz. So nice & warm.I highly recommend this place for a casual lunch.
Love the food. You can’t go wrong ordering a pita. My usual order is a chicken gyro pita with a Greek salad. Great for a go to quick lunch. The chicken quality is hit or miss but more often delicious.The staff is extremely friendly. They are very considerate and will accommodate changes to the food (additions or subtractions).
Cool staff the works there. Cozy little corner spot on Minnesota and Willow. Had a pleasant lunch with family and they were very quick. Delicious food too!
I have tried Nick the Greek so many times at many locations and they always come short of an authentic greek gyros. Wished that was not the case - I love me a gyros.
I would never go back again. Personally Because It makes my stomach sick.
