I love Tandoori Cafe, the owners are such kind and friendly people. The service is extraordinary and they are very thoughtful. The food is 100% zabiha halal. My family has been coming here for years and we love the food. So many flavors and is always great quality. Good price for so much food. I can never get bored of Tandoori Cafe, and if you are ever nearby I very much recommend this place!

So we have been coming to this location for several years and the food is delicious. Butter chicken and the many different flavors of Naan are tasty. Unfortunately this location and like many other restaurants, the price for food has gone up and my family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) rang up a bill of $120+! So if you're trying to dine on the cheap, I would suggest going elsewhere and reserve this for a date night. Overall, the food is fantastic but can get really pricey really fast! The reason this place doesn't get 5 stars is because the service is really lacking and the wait time for food to be ready is a bit long. Another reason is the cooks behind the counter making the food. My family speaks and understands Spanish very well, so the loud talking of the Spanish speaking cooks is unacceptable. As we were trying to enjoy our Sunday brunch we could hear them using vulgar language and even caught them talking about customers coming in to pick up online orders!I'm being very generous with my rating as the food is really that good but after hearing these cooks talking the way they did, I will never bring my family here to eat again. This place will remain a pick up my food and go. I will come back again to see if this has changed at all and I will update my review at a later date. But as it is now, don't bring your family here unless you don't mind hearing people laughing and get that weird feeling that they are talking about you and your family. More than likely they are talking about you. My advice is to just call in your order and take it home to enjoy it.

Over priced little bit food $18 for 5 small peace’s of chicken dry rice dry salad and naan little good advice to owner don’t be so Greedy ether give Enough food or bing your prices down

This was the first place i visited when i moved to bay area back in 2011. Have been pretty regular to this place since then. The ownership has been changed, and when that happens things in the kitchen also changes. They used to have great chaats, wraps and biryani. Now it is not the same. I recently tried their samosa chaat, karhai and i believe chk tikka masala. All were ok.Best Part of this place which keeps me going to this place is thier Naans.Tandoori Cafe has the best naans in the whole bay area. I have tried most of the places and no one can match the quality and taste. 2nd best thing is their chicken seekh kabab rolls, They are amazing and again no one can beat the taste and i can guarantee it is the best in the whole bay.Owners Attention Needed: When someone orders a samosa chaat to go, please do not pack samosa/chana and yougurt in one container. Samosas get soggy by the time you get home. It happened to me numerous times, even though i asked on the phone to pack all things separately. I would appreciate if you make this change. Also when you walk in to the restaurant these days no warm welcome from the staff. Say salaam or Hi at least ... lol

We have tried their lamb biryani, chicken biryani and chicken seekh kabab wrap and they were all up to the mark ?? Biryani was so authentic, best i have had in the area

Used to go there weekly for the butter chicken (then I moved). Still the best I've ever had!Bit of a hole in the wall, not sure if that's changed but will definitely be coming back when I'm the area!

Chicken wrap is amazing! Fresh buttery naan, perfectly cooked tandoori chicken, finished with a nice sauce! Loved it!

This is one of the best Pakistani/Indian restaurants I’ve ever been to!! The food is absolutely delicious with reasonable prices, the chicken And fish wraps was great and delicious with all star ratings, their Beryani is amazing and the chicken Tandoori was in another level, the staff was friendly with great attitude and it’s very cleanThe only thing they need to change is charging for the milk tea which is kinds of odd with Indian/Pakistani Hospitality!Otherwise it’s a Five start Restaurant and highly recommended

I had random visit to this Pakistani restaurant, Unhygienic food preparation area with old aged chefs.food quality was not good also they serve little amount of taste less unbearable food in high price. No napkins no water.being a foodie I would not recommend anyone to this place. literally had stomach ache after I ate the food.?? worst restaurant ever .

Food was delicious! We got lunch combo (palaak paneer and veg kofta). Combo includes rice, dahl, Naan and salad. I especially like the veg kofta. Different approach to a veg kofta that I normally have. The place including tables and chairs (and even utensils) could have been cleaner though.
