The food was good, our waitress was amazing at making sure we were comfortable despite the loud volume of the restaurant. Due to food supply issues the food was not as expected, and unlike our first visit in taste. The noise level, crowd level, and romanticism was unlike our first visit as well. We still very much enjoy Mortons and will be returning.
This was our 48th wedding anniversary. We were recognized as as celebrating this special event from the moment we be walked through the door until the moment we left. Our server, Anni, was excellent. She was very personable and attentive. She took pictures of us and showed us pictures of her family. Multiple times other members of the staff came by the table to comment on our 48 years as well as make recommendations for dinner. The dessert of crème brí»lée was on the house. My wife and I have already started telling others how wonderful our experience was.
The steaks werenât made properly to our desired doneness. They also took much longer than most steakhouses needed.
Overall Morton's is a great place to dine although it is more energetic than their previous San Jose location on Park. The biggest negative was the amount of wait time for a simple dessert (chocolate mousse). Didn't time it exactly but it seemed to be at least a half hour.
Literally had the best experience as a first timer to a steakhouse. Definitely didnât disappoint! Good service and amazing food! Super welcoming and a great ambiance. Would definitely go back and recommend to all!
We had a delicious dinner. The table next to us was quite loud, which made it difficult for our older guests to hear each other. Also, our table had an off kilter lean
Great experience while dining at Mortonâs. It was my birthday so I got the birthday treatment. Dinner was delicious and the drinks were scrumptious. I got the filet and lobster tail with the corn succotash and Brussels sprouts. Birthday gift was a dessert although three desserts were not included. Which is unfortunate because they were only a couple dollars more and I would have paid the difference. I ended up choosing the key lime pie which had a lovely written Happy Birthday message on it. Great experience and great service. Will definitely visit again.
Food really poor quality
We always enjoy eating here and Breanna is an incredible server! She made our experience there so enjoyable!
Not the best Mortonâs weâve been to. Steaks not cooked right. Spotty service.
