The night staff here were great! Came in late 30m before closing and never got the vibe that we were "ugh, another customer". Friendly, helpful; accommodated my food allergy by using clean cutting tools.Food is also good!
I love their cauliflower crust option along with the variety of toppings. Always accurate, quick and delicious!
The Mod Pizza is amazing, They let you make your own which is awesome. They have an awesome selection and the people here are super nice.
Love this place... So do my kids. Picking your own toppings is great. Especially for pizza lovers like me who need dairy free/vegan cheese. Not many pizza places have this yet.
Placed an order for curbside but that wasn’t available. Had to go in and grab the pizza but it wasn’t ready at our pickup time. Was lied to saying it was on its way out by a white girl and black girl. They then proceeded to make the pizza as if I didn’t see them do it. The wait time went from 20 minutes to 40 minutes because they refused to tell the truth that they hadn’t started it at all. Also, the black girl who knew 8 had been waiting completely ignored me then I came asking about the whereabouts of my order then takes it to the side and calling my order out as if she didn’t see me asking for it in front of her face. When I called her out about it, she acted as if she was oblivious to her actions all while seeing her mess up on everyone else’s orders before bc she wasn’t paying attention. I LOVE MOD PIZZA but this experience has me not wanting to come to this location anymore. The focus was terrible and everyone’s time management was different from one another.
Super friendly and helpful staff. I've had a few minor issues all due to my own fault, but the Westgate staff have always been helpful and accommodating. Kudos to them!
The pizza was really good and their lemonade was some of the best i have ever had
Great customer service, friendly and the pizza was excellent, but if your hungry I would recommend their Mega size. I felt like I could have finished four or five pizzas by myself, being that the crust was super thin & there being delicious
Great customer service the workers treat you like family they take their time making the food and making sure you're satisfied the salads are delicious I think I go to Miles about three times a week great face for lunch or dinner ???
Mod is the best make a personal pizza place in the Bay Area. This is one of their best stores. Wide areas inside are very nice.
