Clean place, but bad flavor, hard boba, they don't even mix their powder well, and overpriced. I honestly don't know why I kept going back. There are better options even half a block away!
A bit on the pricier side for Boba tea, but authentic and quality Boba tea. There is an arcade game with soft toys as prizes you can play in the shop. Worth a visit if you're nearby.
It was my first time trying anything at milk tea lab and I got the Tiger milk drink and the cheese sticks. As for the atmosphere I would give it a solid 6/10 the music was really really loud and it wasn’t nice as I would have liked it to be. As for the food however, at first I thought that everything was ok but when I tried the pearls themselves they were hard and seemed very undercooked. And that basically ruined the whole drink for me. Then I had the cheese sticks, they were OK. Extremely salty and not very comfortable to eat. Over all my experience was a solid 5/10 and I wouldn’t like to go there again.
Soooo gross. First of all the atmosphere-- the place smells terrible. Like gross trying to cover it up with fabuloso. For the drink-- I got the honey roasted milk tea and it tasted like water and milk. You can't taste the tea at all. The boba is also tasteless and stuck in one big glob. To make matters worse the drink came with honey all over the outside of the cup making it extremely sticky. For a drink thats costs $6 PLUS additional for toppings, this deserves zero stars.
So far I’ve loved all the boba drinks and the popcorn chicken. It’s nice to know they’ll remake any drink you don’t like. Awesome and friendly staff too.One thing I’d like to see is a more detailed menu explaining all the drinks. The staff definitely knows their stuff but when it’s busy you don’t want to be holding up the line by asking a million questions.. I still highly recommend though!
Milk tea lab has a really good store environment, though the fried foods are a bit bland. Boba tastes great though!
I WOULD NEVER GO BACK HERE EVER AGAIN!!!! I ordered on line it said it would be ready in 20 min so we wait 15 min and drive there and then we did not get out order for another 25 min so total wait time was 45 min and a few people had walked in and ordered while I was waiting for my food and they got theirs before I got mine and when I asked they said they were working on door dash orders that were ordered before mine and yes I counted 5 people coming in and picking up from door dash but I could not cancel my order since it was paid on line for pick up and there was 4 young people working so it's not like they had no help!And I only live 1 mile away and never tried this place so I wanted something new and to support our local neighborhood but $50 later we got home and EVERYTHING was cold like it was just sitting there but the chicken strips was the only thing that was ?.... unbelievable the service I had got that I would never go back again not even to try and give them a 2nd chance ?☹️
The slowest most inconsiderate workers I’ve ever come across. I’ve now been here 20 minutes and still no milk tea.
well I love the mango lover . it always come in large size.. and I always ask if can be made grande. which always its sad how to see employees being careless on making upsales
They try extremely hard to be different which I respect. but they don't have some of the classics like thai tea. their boba is kind of funky tasting and with boba pub improving its boba it takes the cake. Their chicken also doesn't taste like chicken. How do you mess up chicken?!
