This is the only comprehensive Taiwanese shaved ice joint in the area. This store is fairly new to this chain and in an area that has not much understanding of an ethnic desert concept unless one is from Taiwan or east Asia. To the core American palates, this could be foreign and acquired taste but just like boba in the early days, I envision there’s always a potential to make Taiwanese dessert aficionados out of it. I personally enjoy cold, flavored and relatively healthy desert options like those offered here over ice cream for the American palates. The staff also strives hard to please as I would ask them multiple questions constantly (since I frequent this place multiple times) but they never seemed to get rude or impatient for someone like me! I applaud their efforts and hopefully they will continue to do well.
The menu is pretty big, what we had was really good and it felt too big for one person to finish. We also got the mung bean cakes, there were so delicious!! We will be back with more family ?
Nice ambience. Love the desserts here! Download the app before you get here to collect points!Central Taiwan kind of desserts. Can order through the app. Or the kiosk.Today I dined in. The table surface got a little smelly. But I won't complain too much about it. Just hope that they improve it.Will be back!
Wait time is very long, I had to wait for almost 40 mins in order to get my drinks today. I don’t know what’s going on with the team but base on my observation while waiting in the store, this place is very short-staffed and not well trained/organized.If you look at how many items they have on the menu and only 4 people working on the scene, 1 guy needs to spend time taking order at the counter so theoretically there’s only 3 guys working on the orders…My suggestion is to hire more ppl to work on weekends, customers won’t give too many chances these days, especially when choices are increasing around that neighborhood
Havent been to Meet Fresh since pandemic and things are still good.
Severely underrated location. Not overly crowded like the other locations (specifically the Cupertino location) yet still has similar level of quality. For dine in, they serve in actual bowls rather than takeout containers which makes it a more enjoyable experience. Will be coming here more often in the future.
All drinks and desserts are way too expensive. Red bean waffle is very plain and hard. We waited super long for our order. Won't visit this place again.
Menu is smaller than the other location. This location closes before dinner. Do they expect us to eat dessert before dinner?
No popcorn chicken on the menu. It's very dessert-centric as far as food selection. Not many choices either for drinks or toppings. Just the essentials I guess.Attempted to order from one of the kiosks, but the software would not proceed even with all the "required" choices clicked. The software was pretty frustrating overall. When I went to order at the register instead, the person said my options weren't available with my drink even though I was just quoting off of the software menu. The wait was more than 15 minutes for drinks, and they still got two of our 3 drinks wrong. There were like 8 on staff that I could see and no one seemed to have had any training, they all looked very confused.Won't be going back to this inconveniently-located. There are many better choices for boba and savory snacks in the area.
Received our order 5 minutes after ordering on a busy New Year’s Day afternoon! The drinks taste weren’t our favorite but appreciated the quick service
