Personnel are always friendly and the donuts are always fresh and yummy. What else do you need? :)
With no people in line it took 14 minutes for four croissants to be ready. The lady had a bad attitude.

Maybe the best donuts in San Jose. Friendly and fast. This is a perfect weekend treat for the family. Try the old fashioned but they are all good. The maple they use is outstanding on the maple bars, better then most. An establishment to be visited.
Very delicious and nice staff! The main downside is they seem to close at random times. I'll check to see if they're open beforehand, only to see them closed at noon instead of their posted hours. I can never tell when they are truly open.
I could have gone to closer Manley's but chose this one because it's rated at 4.8.The customer service was a big disappointment/negative! Both ladies must have woken up on the wrong side. Apple fritter & cruller Donut tasted good so lucky to get 2 stars. Will go to much closer locations as there are many in the valley.

Good donuts. Had a custard cream donut. They also had a big donut that looked pretty tasty but was way more than I needed.
Manley Donuts is the quintessential local donut shop but raises the bar with the simple idea that everyone who comes through the door is family. Maria (owner) and Elizabeth treat each customer like a regular. Just after a visit or two, they will remember call you by name, remember your regular order and engage in pleasant conversation that will send you on your way with a swing in your step that the world is still filled with wonderful people. Then there are the donuts . . . Traditional but delicious! Try and get the French Cruellers before they run out, or even better, if you're planning an event order the French Crueller Bites (think "donut holes" for cruellers). You will be the champion of the morning coffee set. And the apple fritters, my faves, are crazy delicious!They have breakfast sandwiches, a full coffee menu, grab and go selections, and giant, super sized donuts for that "special event."Truly this is a special, family owned and operated donut shop, run by folks who actual care about their product and their community. Don't pass them by!
